My daughter went into the store to try to get brake pads for her car. She's learning how to do things herself. She had purchased the wrong ones and tried to get help finding the correct ones. The manager talked to her and the employees like they were children. He talked down to my daughter so badly that this strong young woman who has put herself through college etc came home almost in tears. So I want to thank that manager for making her and his employees feel less than dirt under his shoe. This man really needs to learn to speak to people the correct way. My choice in town was always auto zone bc they tried to actually help me instead of making me feel stupid. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to this extremely unprofessional visit. I want to thank Auto Zone. Last night after getting gas Our car start misfiring and seen to not be getting fuel. We got a motel spent the night came to AutoZone. Lauren was so kind and pleasant. She put a handle held diagnosis on our car. Came up with 2 codes. Gave us a name of 3 garages for us. We went to the 1st one McMillion. We went there the owner was amazing and so honest.
