The amount of money this business lost in this night alone should be enough to fire your entire staff and start fresh. We were refused service, we were denied drinks. When we asked about getting service at the tables because our party was too big to sit at the bar or even one table we were told there was someone serving the tables but they didn’t know where they were and the girl behind the bar telling us this insisted she was a bartender, not a server. The man behind the bar told us he didn’t have a cocktail waitress and didn’t bother to try to wait on us, instead three or four people stood behind the bar while we waited and then eventually left. Our crew ordered 11 shots and drinks and were told they needed to see everyone’s ID…all of us in our early 40’s and up…and when they were produced we were refused any alcohol and told we could only get food. One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. I’m also a bartender and if I have customers sitting for a half hour not getting served, I am embarrassed and ashamed for myself and on behalf of my employer. Maybe if you don’t want to serve bikers during bike fest, you should just keep your doors closed, because you have a very irresponsible, lazy, and horrible staff. Poor Frank…even poorer due to this type of...
Read moreI showed up there tonight, 10-10-19, with a friend from work. We were looking to shoot some pool and have a drink or two. It was midnight and the hours of operation said they were open until 2am. We had just got off work and wanted to relax. The woman behind the bar, Red or Strawberry Blonde hair, bigger, told us that she was not renting out any more tables tonight. She said leagues had just ended she was closing down. By my count there were at least ten to fifteen people still there drinking and shooting pool. As someone in customer service, I would never turn away paying customers. Especially when I work in a tipped industry. She had no way of knowing what we were about drop in cash. So sad to a business turn away money because she just didn’t want to work anymore that night. Oh well.
On a side note if your bar business lives and breaths by having a pool league in there. Maybe it’s time to reevaluate...
Read moreWe came in to eat & play pool my aunt & cousin & her son & his girfriend & myslef, waiter / owner was not pleasant, was short with our question and didn't tell us the do's & don't of how he wanted his pool tables to be taken care off so he approach us and told us he didn't want us to put anything on the pool take ex: pool balls carrier we said OK and removed it, at that time we felt uncomfortable with the vibe from the beginning but we tried to ignore it and give to benefit of a doubt since we moved here and we have a giant family and would be coming often but we saw that others where treated kinder and he explain everything to the others that came in, we realized were not his type of people to we left. Also I travel a lot from NYC, Alaska, most of Florida and never have we had to pay $25 for hour he charge everyone $5 for each person even if they were not playing and that's how the...
