Panda Cafe Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Leesburg

Needed something to eat that was open late on a Sunday before going to the HP experience at Morven Park and we ended up here. It was my first time and my friend had ordered their delivery tons of times before. They seem to have everything mostly set up to deliver, but still are able to host some for indoor dining. Being there quite late and the only patrons I kept expectations low.

They served everything in a to go box which was perfectly fine by me because their portions were huge and there was no way I was going to finish it all! The wonton soup is the best I've had in Loudoun County so far.

I also got General Tsos with pork fried rice, the rice was very flavorful. The sauce was spicy (and it did have a marker on the menu but sometimes I go places and it's not spicy even with that) while I usually don't enjoy spicy foods because I feel like they lack a depth of flavor I prefer, this was actually very tasty still and I'd say the most authentic tasting General Tsos I've had here in Loudoun as well as its my baseline meal to judge a Chinese Restaurant.

My friend ordered Sesame Chicken and said it was also delicious as always!

We love ordering from this place and we have been eating here for four years. Recently I placed an order for fried rice for pick up and they told me 10 mins. I had some errands so I took about 25 mins. When I arrived they took my payment and went to the back (kitchen) and left me waiting there for 20 minutes. I wasn’t told “sorry but your order is not ready” or nothing. I simply was left there to wait. When the girl comes out she says to me “did you call” and she had my ticket showing in her hand showing I called @ 5:07 and it was 5:45 and I was just getting my order. Idk if they were having a bad day or what but at least be kind and cordial. I got nothing, not even a “sorry...

This is actually my second time to this restaurant. The atmosphere is tranquil, they play real chinese music, there is the placid sound of a water fountain. The place is clean and the front attendants are kind and courteous. It’s mainly a takeout place but has several tables and chairs to eat here. We decided to dine in. They advise you know that they serve in takeout containers but will give is plates and silverware. Drinks are bottled or can, no fountain beverages nor ice. Food is fresh and tastes delicious! I can tell you we had a mini feast 😊. Portions are great and seriously this is like one of the best kept secrets...
