CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Leesburg

I had back to back visits at this CVS Pharmacy and they bent over backwards to help me. They caught an error made by the doctor's office on the dose amount of my prescription. I could have gotten quite ill if the clerk upfront did not ask the appropriate questions. She retrieved the Pharmacist who called the doctor's office to confirm the error. Then the Pharmacist put in the new prescription and I received in less than a day.

The next day I used the drive thru and Sana helped me out. She answered all my stupid questions. She retrieved another Pharmacist and they made me feel comfortable about taking my new medication.

As someone who is in health care I am always disappointed in the lack of privacy that this store provides for their customer's prescriptions. I can easily ready names and what someone is taking and this is a small town. I have seen many other pharmacies that do a great job by placing a sheet in front of each box or a blank page over a name or turning the box around. This is my regular pharmacy. I wish it wasn’t. My first choice would be Costco. They treat you with respect. While at the Cvs Leesburg, the staff are rude and disrespectful to the client there. They will not help you try to find your medication if need to. It is just horribly disorganized. If you have a better choice and you can use another pharmacy, please do.
