If I could give negative stars I would, and I never do reviews, but taking my money I have no choice. I ordered delivery directly through subways app. My order was cancelled last minute, when called to ask they said they ran out of paper on the ticket printer and couldn't see what I wanted to order so they canceled and hoped I would call. I said I didn't want to place a new order as it was already half hour past the delivery time I set. I then asked about returning my money as I just paid 30 dollars and wasn't getting anything. They said in 3-4 days it would be back in my bank account (still bs cause it didn't take them much more than 10 seconds to take my money). Anyways I waited a week and my money still hadn't showed up. I called and talked to a Jessica who said I had to request a refund through door dash. I said I didn't order through door dash I ordered directly through the app, and paid you the money. Who ever you contracted to delivery my food has nothing to do my original payment and order method. She put me on hold for a out 5 minutes and then said I had to come into their location within the rest of that week to get a refund. Went in on a Saturday and a women working said she was never told about that and couldn't refund my money even though I showed the charge, the cancellation notification from subway and that it was never refunded. So basically you scammed me and made me waste more time and more money on gas/lost work hours to come in and STILL NOT GET MY RIGHTFUL REFUND. DISGUSTING...

I went into subway last night and immediately regretted every life decision that led up to that point. For starters I ordered my food online so that it could be ready when I got there and it wasn’t..FIRST RED FLAG. The person making my food had an attitude and was too focused on the inappropriate music being played loud on the store speaker to even greet me..SECOND RED FLAG. And then threw my sandwich on the counter like it was trash and didn’t offer me a bag while walking away from it...THIRD RED FLAG. Once I got home I opened my Philly cheese steak sub and it looked absolutely AWFUL. I should’ve watched my sub while it was getting made but I trusted that it was going to get made with decency..it’s safe to say I was more than wrong. It was a foot long sub with what looked like only veggies in it..and a little line of steak. I was highly disappointed as I was incredibly hungry all day and was excited for my sandwich. The disappointment was beyond me. And just when I thought the night couldn’t get worse. After picking through the Sandwich and eating what I could I started to immediately feel stomach cramps. So my only guess is either the little bit of meat was old or not properly stored and was gave to me. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to my...
Read moreOkay please know that the 5 🌟 rating is ONLY because of the woman working behind the counter today. Her name was Sabrina. I have NEVER actually witnessed a Subway employee wash their hands before making my sandwich, let alone anyone else's. She finished with the customer in front of me and as soon as she was done ringing him up and taking his money; she washed her hands as she asked me what she could "make for me today." This may seem like a "duh" or "of course" she washed her hands.... But ask yourself 2 things: 1. When was the last time you actually observed a person handling your food, wash their hands? And 2.... Did you know, that ALL employees that take cash and then make a sandwich are SUPPOSED to wash their hands first?!?!? Not just put on gloves. I was so pleased. I mentioned it to her. She told me that she usually works at a different Subway, which I then realized I would probably never have her for a sandwich artist again due to location. All that being said... Sabrina... Thank you for following good hygiene and food handler's guidelines. ...
