Where do I start on this horrific customer service experience? Drove in at around 9:20 pm. Dining room was closed. Store hours said they close at 10. I go to the drive thru and sit for about 10 minutes. Finally get to the speaker: Manager: “I will be right with you”. Me: “I have a question”. Manager: “go ahead with your question”. Me: “would I be able to use ApplePay at the window”. Manager: “yes”. Employee: “I would have told him it was broken”. Me: someone just came in and said, I would have told him it was broken. (on a phone call). manager then comes on and says “you must have heard we close at 10”. Me: that’s not what was said: I drive up to the window and pay for my food. Ince I got my food: Me: who came on and said, I would have told him it was broken. Employee: idk, it wasn’t me (with a smirk on her face). Me: may I have the number to corporate? Manager: (talking to employee) why does he (me) want the number to corporate? Me: I shouldn’t have to explain why I want the number to corporate. Manager: how can I make your experience better because I do love my customers. We were just having kitchen talk and you heard we close at 10. Me: I didn’t hear anyone say you close at 10. Someone came on and said, “I would have told him it (ApplePay) was broken. Manager: we were just having Kitchen talk. Me: the fact of you having kitchen talk but someone pushed the wrong button and said “I would have told him it was broken”. If I didn’t hear it, I wouldn’t have known but someone pushed the wrong button. Manager: I will tell my manager about it and I will take the blame because I love my customers but I will tell my manager and I will get reprimanded for it (with an attitude). Me: what is her (manager) name? I look at the receipt and it was someone by the name Amanda on the receipt. I was told it was her. I’m not sure. After going back and forth forever the manager finally tell me to go online and do the survey and she will make sure she tell her manager about it so that she is ahead of it. I really believe she’s going to tell her manager the same lie she told me.
I get home to eat my food and I had to throw my fries out because they were cold. I managed to eat everything else. Next day I also reach out to corporate on the surgery and no one has gotten back to me and it’s been a week.
I guess that’s what to expect from Wendy’s customer service. I stopped eating there once because of a bad experience with the night crew and my family and Ive decided to never return to Wendy’s again.
They don’t...

i had the most bizarre experience at this wendys yesterday. all which could have been avoided if the staff was not STRESSED OUT BEYOND BELIEF and arguing with each other about other co workers WALKING OUT leaving the rest to fend for their jobs more or less. every single worker who was in this store DESERVES A FREAKING RAISE. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. I do not want to be served by people who are so stressed out about their job they cannot focus on literally doing the simple tasks of taking orders and cooking food because they feel like they have the workload of multiple people on their shoulders. WITH ALL THE CRAZY stuff happening in the store my family was still given hot food that tasted good and appeared to have nothing wrong with it. i didnt appreciate the attitude given to my grandmother as she politely gave her order but as a family we let all of the emotions and displays of annoyance and irritation go and we send our best to all the workers here. its easy to fight each other but really this is the higher ups...

When I pulled in, others pulled in behind me so now I was unable to get out of line. If it weren't for that, I would have left a long time ago. Lady at the window was very pleasant and apologetic but lied about getting slammed. I've been in the fast food business all live. They were not slammed. I watched through 5h3 window as they prepared my order. First time I've ever seen the person at the window not only taking orders but filling the caplets orders too. There were atleast 5 people working. Food was cold, French fries and nuggets were semi warm. Did not taste fresh. Sandwich was prepared as asked and hot. As a side note, I had come by twice before 5his and both times did not stay as the line was so long. This was a blessing/curse for the business. On one hand, it looked like this place must serve good food as it's always busy . On the other hand, now I know the line hadore to do with slow service...
