Great. Service is great. Very friendly people and products are very tasty. Great quality. My only complaint would be their hours of operations, primarily being Saturdays. You would think that they'd be open earlier & longer on A WEEKEND DAY (SATURDAYS) versus Mon-Friday. Most people are at work and can not leave much during the week but everyone has more things to take care of Saturday and really don't start maneaurving around until atleast noon after they've cooked their family breakfast. It's ridiculous to know they close @ 1pm on Saturday but stay open later on random days such as Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursdays. I'm sure alot more business would come their way on the weekend. I can understand them not opening at all on Sundays being as though I've heard they are advid Church goers! This is a main reason I stopped going! I've heard this from several other people as well! Im a Frequent customer here, and typically the service is decent, but Im not sure I will be back after my experience today. I watched a new girl that i had never seen before treating a lady in front of me so rudely, cutting her off before she could finish and then asked her to step out of line and then started taking the mans order behind her. Ive never seen such terrible service. Then after all that, she got my order wong, extremely rude. I wont be standing in line to be harrassed by a snotty kid devoid of decency. I Might I add, I must be speaking about the actions of the new hire in training. I only leave this review because I've never seen a customer anywhere treated like that lady was. I could see it on her face she was taken aback with a wow what just happened expression of disbelief. More and more Young people these days are so full of spite. I think prices are high, but good products. One thing I can’t believe is how in the past 4-5-6 years ago they were very personal and so polite and showed no one any judgement or looked down on customers I felt very displeased with his I was treated last time I got my frappe I probably won’t go back.
