I placed on order on the app at 5:45. It said my order would be ready between 7:15 and 7:20, which I thought was a long time but I figured it was a Saturday night and they were probably busy. At 7:03 the app informed me that my order was baking. I waited for the notification that it was ready and forgot about it until 8. I checked the app and there were no other updates so I attempted to call the store. After calling twice and listening to it ring for five minutes, I checked the app again and my order was no longer there. No other notifications, no texts and no emails. I drive to the store and after asking how he can help, the man at the front - beard, glasses, tall and thin - interrupts me after I mention Iâd been waiting for three hours to ask me for the name on my order. After I tell him, he brings me a stack of three pizza boxes + cheesy bread, crazy bread, and sauces - none of which were in a warmer or the pizza portal - doesnât check the order, and says âhere you go.â I tell him I only had one pizza and the cheesy bread, and I ask him how long itâs been out. He simply opens the box and asks me how the pizza looks. It looks fine so I accept it, but when I get home, (less than ten minutes away), I find that the pizza is cold. Not even room temperature, just plain cold. The cheesy bread is no better. There had been about a dozen boxes sitting on the shelves, sitting without heat for who knows how long. The guy at the counter never apologized, never recognized that they made any mistakes, and didnât make any attempt to fix the issue. When I mentioned trying to call he just said their phone system wasnât connected. He said âwhen in doubt, come to the store.â Iâd much rather be notified on the app when my order is ready, as it is designed. To top it off, all four of my sauces were open. One spilled on my boxes and on my car seat. Based on the other reviews, Iâm surprised this location has managed to keep enough business...
   Read moreOrdered a special order pizza on the App to be picked up in the Pizza Portal. It informed me that it would be ready at a 10-20 minute allotted time. I showed up at the time and saw my name wasn't on the screen and I never got a message on my phone saying it was ready. I patiently waited there. After the time it said it would be ready my name still wasn't on the screen and still no notification that my pizza was ready.
After waiting for 20 minutes after the time it was suppose to be done I asked an employee for any update. I didn't get a clear answer, just that "they'd check." 10-minutes later still nothing. I went up to register and asked what was going on with my order, they didn't have a clear answer but said they'd check. Stepped back so other customers could be helped. Then asked what the update was after the customer. They said, "it looks like the pizza hasn't been started yet, I'll get on that right now." At this point it's been nearly an hour. I just asked that they cancel my order and refund me because I have a hungry family at home. They said they couldn't do that. I asked to talk to manager and the manager had no response either, no clue why my pizza wasn't ready and no explanation or remorse for my inconvenience. Not willing to do anything to help and said there was no way to cancel my order or make it right. Never got my pizza. I left and filed a dispute through my bank. I was blown away by the whole negative experience and poor customer service.
Probably won't go back to this location ever again. Not impressed by any employee or the way it...
   Read moreEdited: A representative from LC reached out, Chris, who wanted to make things right. He said I could get a refund or a remake of my order. I opted to get a remake as Iâve had good/decent pizza from this location many times before.
The remake was great, hot, tasty, and I even tried the new Bacon Puffs which were also good.
Iâve deducted 1 star only because they donât answer the phone. I tried to call ahead for the remake but neither the central call center nor myself were able to get anyone to answer at the store. This was on two different days.
Iâve decided that the best way to get fresh pizza is to either order it and wait for it asking for a newly made pizza, going during their hot and ready times when they are all pretty much fresh or ordering something other than pepperoni where it will have to be newly made. The only problem with that is LC is not competitive on price when compared to Papa Johnâs or Doninoâs.

The pizza was easily 3 hours old if not longer from the hot n ready rush, either that or they are serving day old pizzas as âfreshâ. The puffs and crazy bread were similarly old.
