Quench It! Soda — Restaurant in Lehi

I’ve been ordering through doordash the last couple of days since I’ve been sick but today I stopped by since o had picked up my food right before. And I’m just slightly disappointed in the lack of customer service skills the girl at the window passing off the drinks had today. I really hope she was just having a bad day or something. She is stunning and I didn’t get to compliment her but I hope her day gets better. Anywho, I had a drink spill in my car while waiting for the drink I ordered here (ironic I know lol) so when I got up to the window I asked for some napkins and she tells me she’ll give them after she gives me my order. Mind you. I literally just spilled the drink in the cup holder so I have nowhere to put the 3 drinks she’s handing me. Now it is my bad for not communicating first that it was spilled into the cup holders so I needed the napkins first. When she tried to hand me the 3rd drink with the other two I’m still juggling in my hands, I say “sorry I actually spilled in the cup holder so I need the napkins first.” I also have hot chocolate and that had spilled on my leg in the process of all of this (I know…not important lol). She hands me a couple napkins and I shove them in one of the cup holders and put one drink down and ask for more napkins. She goes to get more and I am able to put my other one down so that I can hold the water cuz my house isn’t far. Homie forgot to give me straws tho. Prob cuz of my napkins request but girlie pop had handed the last drink to me and immediately shut the window kind of like she was upset with me. So I had to sit there while she ignored me and watched her doing nothing and I was begging the man upstairs she’d open it cuz I already had anxiety. She finally opened the window and I let her know I didn’t get straws yet. I think she relaxed a bit once she realized she forgot. So maybe see if she’s stressed and needs some time off or an extra treat! I’m hoping she was just not having a good day and I hope her day turns around! 💕 Also I would note that if someone orders multiple drinks to maybe train to ask if they would like a cup holder with the drinks especially if there’s just one person in the car. Like I said, I had food too so I when I got home I had to juggle the 3 drinks plus the food I had ordered somewhere else. Not super big deal and partially on me for not asking but I didn’t want to be more of an inconvenience cuz I already...

Edit PS: you have definitely received my messages and the store location has my number written down.. we were told by staff several times they they spoke to the owner and that the owner would get back to us.. it’s been over 2 weeks.. adding screenshots of the messages on the platforms I was TOLD by you to reach out on with the last review I had posted and then removed I can also post the screenshots of the 5 calls I had made to the location between the incident and now.

Extraordinarily disappointed with the lack of response from Quenchit to a racially motivated assault that occurred October 25th at their lehi location..

We have called, emailed, DM’ed on multiple platforms with NO response besides the “apology” response they posted to the last review I had posted then removed TRUSTING that there must have been a simple lapse in communication.. however it’s clear now that they simply do not care.. we have heard NOTHING.. even after them telling us to reach out again because it must have been a misunderstanding considering how emphatically they apologized.. NOTHING..

All we asked was that the employee who was VERY willing to provide a statement allow for us to go to the business with the police to review security footage and gather an official statement from the employee..

It sucks because we LOVED quenchit, my wife had the tumblr, we’ve spent thousands (dead serious) at this specific location and feel completely unsafe ever going back..

There is a reason only 1.6% of Utah’s population looks like my family.. indifference to issues of racism!...

5 starts! I'd give it 10 if I could! This qench et experience was the best experience I've ever had. I was welcomed warmly by this hot employee. From afar I could sense an angel was working here tonight. Unknown to me after winking at her through the frost dusted sliding window, she was the one ordered to accompany me at the first window. Her sexy voice aided my confused mentality about how ordering drinks worked. Although she yelled at me, I could see in her firery passionate eyes it was all for show. After being escorted to the second window, I was surprised to be met with this angelic face again. To keep me entertained whilst my drinks were being prepared this lovely women clapped and danced as if a monkey had taken over. Considerably the best past time I've seen an employee do at this location so far. She graciously handed me my items and we made deep eye contact. I knew this memory would forever be held close to my heart. I drove away with a grin to satisfy my night and a drink to satisfy my ever growing thirst....
