Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Leland

Follow up: we told you what the problem was in this review. We don’t make stuff up. You’re getting very selfish with your size portions. We have not been back and have noticed in the Leland community that you have upset a lot of Brunswick forest and Waterford customers. You are talked about in the community. The kids that you have working for you can care less about customers and have no personality or respect. The customers support their pay check and they don’t seem to understand where their money comes from. Yuck behavior and service.

Croissants cold like they been frozen. Pickles very tiny and dried up. Lettuce wilted. Drive thru window staff always tell us customers to hold on at the speaker. They obviously can’t do 2 things at one time. I’ve seen customers drive off because of this and I drove off as well and went to Panera. You’re paying basically $ 5 for a scoop of chicken salad. Can’t justify that. Chicken melt is a joke. The cheese is cold that’s on the chicken salad. It’s hard to find decent restaurants in Leland now a days. They have decrease food portions to make up for the inflation and raised prices. We cook a lot at home because of this ad the treatment from these restaurants here in Leland. Restaurants feel like they do no wrong and can treat customers disrespectful. We are what make restaurants successful so treat customers with respect and please prepare your food like it should be and make it look like the pictures on your menus. People is Leland are tired of these restaurants and are cooking more at home...

Had a great experience at The Chicken Salad Chick! I got the Chicken Salad BLT and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and super satisfying. I also grabbed two of their to-go containers of chicken salad: the onion one and the one with pickle and egg. Both were to die for! I love that they include crackers with the to-go orders—it makes it easy to enjoy a quick, tasty snack.

The buttercream frosted cookies are definitely a must-try—sweet, soft, and totally indulgent.

I also tried the loaded potato soup. It was a little thicker than I prefer, but they weren’t kidding when they said “loaded”—there was plenty of cheese and bacon.

Chicken Salad Chicks is ALWAYS the right bite of deliciousness! You can try most food items to confirm your palate profile or expand it. All flavors are GOOD! Our favorites: Jalapeño Holly, Buffalo, Dixie & Barbie-O. Again, you can have a small sample of them all. We got the Broccoli & Chedder and a mix of the Chicken Poblano and Potato soups, which gave a savory spoon of Southwest down home goodness! A cup hit the spot for the quick lunch combo. They have a bevy of salad options to accompany, too, along with their complimentary shortbread cookie, which melts in your mouth! All Coke products for drinks.
