Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in North Carolina

This location is only getting 1 star for quality of food. Most times something is wrong with our order, and have had to even make 3 trips to have it fixed for 1 order. Customer service was horrible my last visit. Last visit was my birthday and my mother wanted to treat me to some chick fil a. Cool.. so she ordered and I went to pick it up. We have done this before so shouldn't of been a problem. I called them to let them know I was there and gave them the name of the order for pick up. Almost 30 minutes later I flagged down one of the workers and asked if she could check on our order. She came back and informed me they had no order by that name. Told me I could paid for the order again. I said there's no way I'm paying for the same order twice. Showed her the invoice with our order showing we had paid, she tried insisting we pay for it again a 2nd time. I told her it was not happening. They decided to make the order after taking pictures of my invoice and brought it back out. This location knew I was waiting for almost 30mins and did not care what happened, if my order was being taken care of and they refused to give me the number to customer service. To be fair we tried calling the customer service number and after a wait on hold of another 28 mins my mother asked for a call back. This happened on Sept 21st. I guess they don't care about...

As a frequent customer at Chick-fil-a I would say that this Chick-fil-a was pretty bad compared to other Chick-fil-a restaurants I've gone to. I left pretty dissapointed since it was my first time dining in ever since the pandemic cause all the Chick-fil-a's to close their dining rooms. The service and staff. I feel like this restaurant was understaffed. There were two cashiers. One was working hard and they were busy with all the drinks for the customers ahead of me. The second cashier in the other hand was talking to what looked like their friends. Thier conversation lasted the whole visit. The line indoors was pretty long and with only one cahsier it made me uneasy seeing that no other employees where helping the one cashier out. For the food, it was not dissapointing. The chicken patties were the perfect portion. The sweet tea could use some work but it was good. The fries portion was small. For the cleanliness of this restuarant. It was the best thing during my visit. The bathrooms were not messy nor was the dining area. The floors werent sticky but they were a little bit slippery. Overall this restaurant is below average for a Chick-fil-a. This place is still a good place to visit if...

Unfortunately another not so good experience at THIS Chick fil A this AM. Simple order for a Biscuit with bacon & egg and a small coffee with Splenda and cream. I parked nearby to eat my breakfast in the car. I was surprised that they don't ad the cream and Splenda to the coffee, I opened the luke warm black coffee to make the additions, but there weren't any stirrers in the bag... Got back in the line to get stirrers and no one even apologized about the mishap...

I've been to this store many times since they opened and for the most part it's been a good experience. However I am concerned because, in my last few visits, I assume it's the kitchen staff that's dropping the ball. I always use the drive through and as an example my visit yesterday was bad. I usually get a light lunch consisting of 5 ct Chick-fil-A Nuggets and a small waffle fries. I ask for 1 ketchup and one honey mustard sauce. Also, as for a few extra napkins... they gave me no ketchup but a Chick-fil-A Sauce, 1 napkin and the fries were small and slightly burnt with a lot of tiny little pieces... not appetizing. Had to go through the long line again to get it resolved... not fun. Hope it's...
