I want to start off by saying that we had stopped going to Jack in the Box in general because over the years the quality hit an all time low. It wasn't good food "sometimes". It seemed like the company was getting ready to shut down. Last night/morning, around 2:00am on January the 6th 2023, my wife and I went to this location to get food. The wait was about 20 minutes in the drive-thru (we were told, "due to a lot mobile order pick-ups") but it moved surprisingly fast for the amount of cars in line. The woman working the window was very friendly, apologized for the wait, explained the situation, and just over all pleasant! The entire staff there was working hard and actually seemed happy and talkative with one another! Actually communicating! The result was some of the best, quality food that we have had in a long time! The reason I chose to write the review was due to one part of this experience. At one point I heard the woman that was taking orders and working the window say to the staff, "I love working with you guys, this is a great group to work with!" That restored my wife and I's faith in this company and will we contacting a corporate office to express our satisfaction with this team and they should display they're work ethic and attitude as an example of what the entire company should strive to be. If this one experience is a sign of the company turning around and changing the bad habits that have been plaguing them for a long time, we will once again make Jack in the Box part of our fast food...
Read moreI've been going there for the past couple weeks and each time the guest service has been absolutely horrible and not just that they don't even wear their mask properly while they're there and it's pretty scary and not only that they are not efficient and trained for their job because each time there is a problem with my order I ordered 7 jalapeno poppers got the spicy chicken poppers didn't even order it I ordered four tacos with extra lettuce and extra cheese.. well two tacos had only cheese and meat and the other two tacos had very little lettuce and not only that every time I try to order a drink like a strawberry Hi-C they always say they're out of it or I'll order an caramel iced coffee and they always say that they're out of caramel I mean it's always something with this place not only that a few weeks ago I ordered two shakes and they charged me full price for the shakes and gave me the little coffee cups. Would I recommend this place... definitely wouldn't and honestly need to be reported to the health department that they're not wearing their face mask properly their faces were completely expose at the window when I paid for my food. And based on other comments I'm not the only one that has a problem with them not wearing their face mask properly it's unacceptable...
Read moreWent to jack n box on Bayless at 10pm. I had 2 rolls of quarters. I was pretty broke that week. Pulled up to pay for food and they refused to take money. I asked to talk to manager begging to take my money. She said no cause it will over flow their drawer.She told.me.to go get Bill's. So I did at 7n11. Had no problems. Specially that we having a coin shortage. Went back to jack and pd 15.23 for my bill. I asked for.managers name and they refused to give it to me. I called number on window but that was a joke. So I asked for manager. She came to windowand got really rude with me telling me that she didnt have to give me that info. Their were 2 girls, onehad blue or green hair saying ignorant stuff to me as I tried to talk to manager. The manager did nothing but scream at me and they slammed window and they all sat their laughing about situation. All I wanted was to eat . Money is money.
