Was looking for a quick sweet treat after a long day, and instead was given a 3 part dramady and disappointment. When I got to the location, the lot was completely wrapped around and all the main lights were off, including the dining room, with only a single open sign on. The line moved very little over the course of the first 5 minutes I waited, until my attention was shifted inside there restaurant. None of the employees were wearing masks. There, I saw 5 employees in what could only be a verbal altercation. Of that, there was 100 percent frustration and 0 percent productivity. They were very frustrated with their POS (Point of Sale) system that by the looks of it was a POS. For 10 minutes I watched them argue with the system and then each other. After watching what appeared to be a very on edge situation, many of the workers decided to vape vigourusly over the cups and serving utensils rather than assume their stations.The drive thru did not move at all, and I decided to leave. Let me start this by saying I have always had good experiences at DQ on Weber Rd, very friendly no issues. Visited the drive thru on October 16th, and that all changed. They were unable to hear me so I raised my voice to explain something to them. Order done and to the window. I tried to engaged the girls in a conversation about the gold card I was using. The cashier stared at the registered and gave me short answers with no eye contact. When she walked away the next girl came to the window and I asked for the girls name. I told her she was rude and she proceeded to tell me how rude I was. I was a little upset to say the least. I called your manager and she could not have been kinder. Every time I come here, I can always tell whoever is working the speaker gets irritated quickly. I always order a Mint Oreo Blizzard, and I like the cocoa fudge center (core), whatever you want to call it. I always ask for mint oreo blizzard with the cocoa fudge center. "So you want it in the blizzard?" I want it in the center as a core. You know how you do the strawberry in the royal cheesecake, and the marshmallow in the fluffernutter? "Yeah.
