Stopped in this morning for some donuts for the kids and asked for a croissant and 3 donuts. By the time I got in my car I noticed the croissant wasn’t in the bag so I went back inside and she said she didn’t ring me up for it but it was the first thing that I ask for? Then she starts getting snotty with me and I asked her why would you need to ring it up separately after years of coming there I never heard such thing.. so then I ask her for the receipt and she keeps talking over me which was extremely rude so I demanded my receipt at that point. Then I ask for the boss and she’s yelling I’m the boss which I taught was funny because I know who the owner is there! Then she starts to yell at me trying to say im wrong and all this couldn’t really understand her seems she doesn’t know English well. The boss then comes out after a minute of her just yelling at me and I asked him this is how you have your workers treat customers? He said no but it surly didn’t seem like it. With her still trying to yell over me I left definitely won’t be commuting back horrible customer service and...

One of staff at my job brought Donut House DCJ donuts to work, and I was lucky to get the chance to eat one. I had never heard of this place, but it is certainly on my radar now.

I had the Red Velvet Donut with Icing. This donut was awesome! There was a ton of flavor, and the white icing complementing the donut very well. I have never eaten a red velvet donut with icing before, and I appreciated that addition. Moreover, the donut itself had the perfect sweetness. Red velvet donuts are probably considered too sweet by some, but this one was most certainly not!

I look forward to trying their other donuts...

I ordered on DoorDash and got the wrong order. Because the merchant didn’t include a receipt with the order DoorDash is now making it hard for me to get a refund. Please stop offering services via delivery service if you are just going to take peoples money and give them the wrong food. I can’t just blame door dash because the merchant also failed to provide a receipt so I have no idea if this is my food or someone else’s! Frustrating and a waste of my time and money. Stuck in the house with a newborn or I would have picked it up but if this isn’t rectified I won’t be...
