I do not eat fast food very regularly so I was looking forward to eating lunch at this Taco Bell with a friend. A lot has changed since the last time I ate here.... Starting with the ordering process. I have ordered food through apps for years so I am familiar with that process. The dine in ordering kiosk was the only way to order inside of the Taco Bell which was definitely new to me. It felt very odd to have a front counter and a menu printed above it on the wall but no one taking orders. Still it seemed like ordering went smoothly enough... Then after more than 20 minutes with no orders being placed up on the pickup rack I wondered if something was wrong. This restaurant was not empty... Interestingly the majority of the people in the restaurant were not dining. They're just transient people from the area, or so it seemed sitting inside the restaurant. Still, the environment did not feel unsafe so this wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately I still didn't have my order so I flagged down an employee to ask about my order (thinking that I possibly did something wrong in the ordering process) I was told that they weren't sure what had happened but that they were going to make the order now. About 5 to 7 minutes later they gave me a bag of food. Immediately I realized they had forgotten to give me the drinks. After getting their attention from the back, again, I was able to get our drinks. Then once we sat down to eat we realized that we were both missing part of our combo meals. So I had to go back a third time and ask for the rest of our food. At the end of the day we did get our food... There were at least one or two workers that were courteous and kind. However there were also two employees I interacted with including, one that seemed to be in management, that were rather rude. As far as I can tell I didn't make any errors in the process of ordering our food and there was nothing inappropriate about asking for the status of our order (especially since it seemed to have been overlooked) so I didn't really understand why any of the workers were impatient or rude with me. Anyway it wasn't my worst Taco Bell experience. I don't know that this isn't a typical Taco Bell experience nowadays. This is just not what I was expecting when we went to eat...

I live less than 2 minutes from this Taco Bell. When I moved in I was happy to have a Taco Bell so close, because it's my all time favorite fast food chain. But over the last two years, this Taco Bell has ruined that excitement for me.
It must just be the Bayless area, because honestly, all three fast food restaurants in my area are a complete joke. But the Taco Bell is worst by far.
It started off with the quality of food and the fact that they couldn't get my order right 9/10 times. It seems like almost every time I go there they don't have 5 different ingredients, they forget at least 1 item, or the food is just under par to flat out gross.
By the way, I still go here 2-3 times a week. I guess I've just excepted the fact that this is Taco bell now for me and unless I want to drive 15 minutes out of my way this is what I get.
I have learned to deal with the terrible service. No matter how many items I order, I sit there and check every item to make sure it's in the bag and it was made correctly before I pull off. It's a pain in the a** but it's still more convenient than driving out of my way. But over the last 2-3 months there's been an even bigger issue. There's been at least 10 times that I've gone there and the "computer is down". It's happened to me at least 5 times in the past month. Every time it's between noon and 2 pm, right in the middle of prime lunch time.
There's no way a computer for a multi billion dollar company can go down that many times, and that's just the times that I happen to be there. If I were corporate I would just cut my losses and...
Read morePlaced an order through Postmates last night around 9:15. It took a while to find a driver so Tacobell had a good amount of time to work on our order. Nearly 40 minutes later, our order was finally delivered. We had ordered a burrito supreme combo with a soft taco supreme instead of the crunchy, a bean burrito, a beefy Fritos burrito with jalapeños and red sauce, and a Crunchwrap supreme combo with jalapeños and 2 Baja blasts. We did not receive the burrito supreme (which is an $8 menu item), the bean burrito had no onions on it, the beefy Fritos burrito did have red sauce but no jalapeños, the soft taco supreme was just a crunchy taco (not even a supreme), and the Crunchwrap was missing both THE CRUNCH and the jalapeños. Not to mention the crunchy tacos were broken and half filled. So I placed a call to see if we could get a refund or a new order. I talked to a manager who was rude, didn’t seem to care, and told me to just come by today to get a new order and use her name. The name I was given (after having to ask) was Diane and then I was hung up on. TERRIBLE customer service thus far but they could have redeemed themselves. Came by today and was told no one there was named Diane and they had no record of our order, despite having the receipt of the order and the call. Spoke to another manager and he was super confused and all we received for our replacement order was a Crunchwrap supreme, a soft taco (again not even the soft taco supreme), and a burrito supreme. Super...
