This place is a joke! The older Indian man that they said doesn’t work there, he does, pretty sure the “manager” I spoke with BARELY today is probably related to him because she sounded just like him hung up on me. I called back and said excuse me, you just hung up on me and I’m not sure why, then she did it again. But that man was extremely persistent on me not using coupon I was not even concerned about from the beginning and didn’t want me to use THEIR OWN COUPON. And at the end when I was going to pay I asked if he could just try to use it and see it it works (it was a brand new coupon) and he rolls his eyes so hard so then I scanned it myself on the scanner and it added to my order, and then he tried to say “I added it for you”. Sir no the eff you did not because you didn’t want to. He was also very argumentative with the lady in front of me too. And when I tried to mention something to a manager MARIA today she said no one works there like that and hung up on me. Ma’am I have the receipt, I called the correct store, good try. You rude ass people. Her mother the owner is also who hung up on me and when calling back I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and kept saying she gave me her name. This man was so bothered about this damn coupon that I was not even worried more than getting me my food. He also had a damn attitude when I questioned the amount of tuna on the tuna fish sandwich and told him it didn’t look like much was on it. I’d highly recommend going elsewhere. Read moreDon’t even waste your time coming to this location. Something is always wrong, whether their system is down or they won’t accept your coupons. Came here twice in one week. First time they weren’t accepting card or coupons. Second time, they wouldn’t honor a coupon because my friend wanted a veggie sandwich and they only offered turkey, ham, or cold cut with the coupons although the coupons doesn’t state that. Which makes you wonder if something is wrong with those meats and they are trying to get rid of them. We asked if they could just ring it up as a turkey sandwich and throw the meat away but they said no because of inventory. But why does inventory matters if I was to get turkey, you’ll be out of it either way it goes. Everyone doesn’t eat meat. I’ve asked for customer service number and was told they won’t do anything anyways because they can make their own rules. I explained to her my friend has a 6 month old, cramping, and picked me up just so she didn’t have to take her baby out the car so she could get something to eat that’s a quick vegan meal. Argued for a few minutes to get to use my app to scan for points and payment. they told me to use apple pay instead and it would go through. Knowing thats not how it ever worked before i went with it because i was tired of arguing. After the transaction the lady was like i dont know what happened and all i could say was it didnt scan the points like it was supposed to because i knew that wasnt the way to do it, said said it’s whatever and left.
