This is the best McDonald's in my area... The fries are always fresh and to me that means the rest of my food will also be fresh... This last time using my mobile app and I order thru my mobile app which I use every time I go.. I like the 25%off 10. Bux or more reward very excited to use it because last time I used it my 13.00 meal was reduced to less then 9 bux .. of course excited to use it again.. SOOO I applied the discount to my 18.00 dollar order and a code appeared on my phone said i was using the discount but wasnt given a total until i pulled to the window and my Total was still 18.00 bux even when i pointed it out to drive thru employee but nothing was reduced and the Bacon quarter pounder with cheese I ordered for my friend she gave me a ride and that was what I offered her dinner for ride to McDonald's after we left the store . No bacon cold QP and 7.00 dollar just for the wrong burger period that QP they messed up cost 150 less then my whole meal .. I was pissed. Especially when I called right away spoke to the manager and was told that it is not the fault of the restaurant for kicking the 25 percent out of my order and to replace the 8 dollar cheeseburger I had to take the 8 dollar cheeseburger back to the McDonald's which is less then 10 miles from my house it right at 10 miles . And that pisses me off with that crew that evening because it will cost almost that much I'm gas just to drive back for BACON QP WITH CHEESE... Well I followed the manager instructions and called headquarters only to hear the lovely high pitched ring of a face machine and have yet to get ahold of any one so 90%of my visits to my Bayless McDonald is fantastic but when the 10 percent let's you down just even 1 time well you kinda don't wanna go back thru and I have yet to go back too .. Pull up the order box and get greeted with a "Go ahead and order" with most hatred sounding worker at the other end taking your order. No friendly greeting or nothinf. How am I supposed to know where I am at unless you say "Welcome to McDonalds. What can I get you?" I would have even accepeted, "Welcome back you piece of trash. We already have your order ready because we heard your thighs rubbing together as you were walking up." Anyways, pull up to the first window and we have Mumbles McGee working the window. I hand her the amount and she says NOTHING. No "Thank you" or "Pull forward" or even "Pass Go, collect $200". Just nothingness. Pull up to the second window and we have the most depressed and there is the most blank faced worker at the second window. She stared off into the darkness around us as she hands me my drink. Once again no greeting or nothing. I thought she might of been having a bad day so I said "I appreciate this! I hope you have a great day" and had my million dollar smile on that cold warm the cold dead heart in her chest. But nope she says NOTHING. Read moreTerrible experience. Over the past 2 weeks I've gone here 3 times and all 3 times the experience has been terrible. The third time was last night. When I got the food home (which I live less than 5 minutes away), the food was terrible. Burgers and fries were all cold and stale. Since this was the third very bad experience I called the Bayless location that I just left and talked to Leslie the manager. She said to bring the bag of food and receipt in and she would be happy to refund my $25. It was past 10 pm so I waited till the next day, which I told Leslie and she said that would be fine, she took my name down and said to ask for her personally. I brought the bag of food and receipt back, which the majority of all the food was still in the bag. Leslie was working which I gave her the receipt and the food and was met with a very rude demeanor. She said she would not refund my money or replace the food and more or less told me to leave. In no way was I rude about any of this and was disappointed in the whole experience. I'm a manager at Menards and in no way would I ever treat a customer the way Leslie treated me. I never usually call a bad order in, but since this was the third time getting bad food and service I did call in and was met with this very hostile and rude manager.
