I went into the Jack In The Box I was the only one there and ordered a Bacon Smashburger, Sourdough Jack, 6 Tacos 4 without sauce, and a Large Curly fry. this was at 12:39 pm at 12:41 pm I decided to add a free Jumbo Jack (thanks to the Padres) with cheese and a large drink. The drink machine didn't have any drinks available so KIMBERL had to fill it in the back. I got my first order at 12:44 pm reasonable time. My order was missing two tacos when I said something KIMBREL told a girl with glasses about it who rolled her eyes got my two tacos and said something about I at least got my 4 tacos without sauce.
I waited for my Jumbo Jack for 10 minutes I saw at least 6 drive thru orders go out and people started to fill up the place for their orders. I finally was able to ask KIMBERL if I was ever going to get my Jumbo Jack she finally gave me my cold Jumbo Jack and set it on the counter at 12:53 pm. 12 MINUTES TO GET A JUMBO JACK.
There wasn't one smile out of any of the employees, not one Thank You just a bunch of rude people making $20 an hour.
When I got home 8 minutes later all of the tacos didn't have sauce instead of 4. The curly fries had scrapings with old French fries in it. My Smashburger had 3 pickles on it and 2 pieces of bacon one was underneath and one on top.
This isn't the first time at a Jack In The Box that this has happened. I am almost afraid to east there anymore. I HONESTLY feel that because I am Caucasian that there is racism involved. I haven't seen one single black , or white employee at any Jack In The Box.

Read moreFirst of all, I came into this place to order 2 slices of cheese cake. As I was waiting to order I wanted to use the rest room. And that's when all hell broke loose. These people would not let me go into their bathroom. I asked what was the problem and they kept asking me, " did you buy something?" They all ganged up on me like I was in the wrong barrio and I was blown away that these people actually work here. Straight attitude, giving me looks, and showing not one drop of customer service. I was able to leave out there unscathed and in one piece. The next day I called to report this to there manager Rebecca. She seemed to be surprised at her employees behavior and assured me that she would speak with the group I encountered. I followed up with a call to Rebecca leaving her a message on her cell phone just to touch basis on what actions were taken. And of course she never returned my call. That was the confirmation for me that this behavior is normal and nothing was done about my experience. I will never set foot in this place again. And my advice to those who go there, don't think about going to the bathroom unless you have a receipt in hand showing...

While we paid for our order the cashier never gave us our change back. We had to ask for it and say how much was it? Then she states 22.75. She then gives us our change back. When we stated that are order was wrong we had a manger yelling in the background saying that wasn't what we order. Her name was Linda or that what they told us. she never once came to the drive through window to apologize. She was just yelling at the employee saying we never order that. She was so rude.
