The buildings are beautiful. If you come for the free museum on Saturdays it's an interesting half hour, and the event venue in the Lee house and its courtyard is the lovely in the evenings, the best event space I'm aware of in the area for up to about 80 people. The courtyard is shady from the mid afternoon, already draped in lights, has a large gazebo and historic building, a patio and a lawn, with plenty of parking.
