One of the worst donut shops that I have ever been to!!! Here's why.....the staff, just like any other food store that one my visit has multiple employees that are subpar. It's a 24 hour donut shop and there's a reason why Lee (an employee) works at night - not very much of a people person. He makes threats and curses at the customer. Saying all that, there are always a few diamonds in the rough. The two older women, that work during the day, are absolute gems and kind every time that someone walks in. It is truly rare when someone is manning the counter and when they do it is like a privilege that they are even there (with a bell ringing multiple times someone finally answers). The donuts are mediocre at best - it is a true surprise if they have what you may want. They have certain payment restrictions- card fees and other hidden fees that someone else most likely wrote about. The pickings are slim to save the least and when there is one that you find remotely interesting, they might just have one or two left. The staff is very impolite, but not everyone - obviously. I live close by, so maybe I catch the employees on the wrong side of the bed more often than not. THIS IS YOUR JOB- BE PROFESSIONAL!!!! MORAL OF THE STORY ----- STAY AWAY!!!!!! There are plenty of other donut shops in the area that are MUCH better! THE STAFF TELLS YOU IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT THEY HAVE THEN LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I'VE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take your money and run! WE WORK TOO HARD FOR OUR MONEY!!!!!!!! Save your time, money, and experience by going somewhere else. YOU WON'T REGRET IT. Hope something changes, but seriously doubt it. Hope this helps !!! I wish I could vote lower, but you will have to figure it out for yourself. Never mind, JUST AVIOD THIS PLACE - DO NOT GO!!!!! Unless you're into the bubonic plague; THEN BY ALL MEANS GOOO GOOO GOOOO !!!!!!!! Hope this...
Read moreTheir "dozen" donuts contains 10 donuts (vs 12@chains or 13@bakeries), but their stark variety suggests they don't have to count out dozens very often. Quality always trumps quantity for food value, though, necessitating the 1star review; as plentifully stocked as the display case is, one might mistakenly assume that they are churning out donuts around the clock. The conspicuous absense of any baking/cooking/frying aromas alludes to the stale waxiness of what would pass for clearance department store doughnuts upon consumption. The 24hr availability is a significant positive facet, in the event of somnolent cravings for fossilized sugar.
Be sure not to miss their fancier donut deal too-only $1 extra per donut for a tablespoon of runny whipped cream...
Read moreI am giving 5 stars here because I personally like this place and the owners are very friendly. I used to come here a lot because I love their coffee. But lately, prices have gotten too high and can't be bothered with making the trip nearly as often. There are a lot of homeless people that camp and loiter nearby and they seem to be becoming more brazen with their requests for money, I do feel bad for their situation, but some of them are very rude and am concerned they could become violent. Ms donuts deserves 5 stars because they as friendly and run a great shop, location is good too. They can't help inflation and the homeless, but if your going here you should be aware. Park close and don't dilly dally on...
