I'm not sure if this location is under new management with new employees but the Customer Service I received from both Anastasia and the "manager" was the worst. This location needs to retrain the manager on customer service so that the employees under her can also learn what Customer Service means. It is unacceptable to be rude to a customer because they don't agree with a inconsistent staff operation. It is unacceptable that I have been able to make a item substitute at this location many times and other locations without an upcharge then out of the blue the "manager" says there is a charge to substitute. I get sick when I eat ham so I always substitute that item. When I questioned why and notified I just made the same order last week and everytime I go there I was told "the person was new". I then said you don't even know who it was how can you assumed the person was new especially since it has been multiple times I ordered the same thing. At that point they did not have valid reason so I declined to continue with the order, while leaving and throughout the whole ordeal Miss Anastasia was very rude while her manager present.( Training needed all around since her behavior was acceptable to the manager) When asked her name she walked away saying it and I only heard the last part and when asked again no response. So I asked the manager and she tried to give me a nickname "Ana" I had to ask her for the full name to make a complaint. If you want a wonderful customer service experience this location is not where you will get it! I definitely will be going up the chain of command to make a complaint as well. This dining in day was good as far as whole experience...but time before last was aweful with just 1 employee she was very disrespectful and not tasteful@ all. But her fellow co- employer was great she made me feel welcomed and even apologized for the young lady rudeness. Which balanced it out for, you just never know what someone is going through at the time and day of encounters! And to say the lease my day was very trying and i wasn't at my best of humbled feelings. So for the young lady that was going through whatever she may had been the reason for her actions although!
