I went with my family to get icecream here. Everyone working are all a bunch of kids, there are not any adults working there to supervise these kids. We got four banana splits. When we got it we went home to eat it. They didn't give us lids when we asked for them. They ignored us when we asked at least each one of the workers. We saw that there was pineapple on it. I've never seen pineapple on a banana split. When me and my family started eating we tasted the pineapple and strawberrys, they were rotten. I puked shortly after trying it. We spent $30 there. And it was a waste. We then had tried to call and they wouldn't pick up many times. Once they did we asked for compensation and they told us that they don't know if they can get our money back because they could not tell if we had ate all of it. Why would we eat it if one of us puked...I still feel like I'm about to vomit along with family. No adults were there and this is just a disappointment, they said they could make it without the pineapple in it. But, why would we want to go back and possibly have another horrible experience. This is no way to run a shop, and I would not give my recommendation for the creamery that is run by a bunch of children without any adults watching them and making sure they don't make their customers sick and not correct their mistakes. Read moreI tried the Lemont location today. They were out of chocolate soft serve, so I ordered a vanilla waffle cone covered in chocolate. The employee spooned the chocolate dip over my cone, It was a complete mess. I was shocked the girl tried to hand it out to me. I was going to accept it at first so I asked for a cup to flip it into, so I could avoid touching it. While she was scooping my second item I noticed there was a clear greasy liquid all over the cone and there was almost no chocolate dip on the ice cream itself. When I received my second item and it didn’t have a lid like I requested, I gave back the first item and walked out. The cashier was on the phone with the manager attempting to resolve. End result, cake roll was not made. Cashier offered two pre-made cake rolls (6 inch each) or a refund. I requested one 6 inch cake roll and refund. Cashier was going to pay me cash for the refund, I requested a credit to my credit card. She was not trained on how to issue a credit.
