KFC — Restaurant in Lemoore

I'm not sure what was going on when I went there on a not busy at all Wednesday evening but there were Soo many things wrong with my order and the service. I went through the drive thru. First of all my drink was noted wrong on the order slip, which I was asked twice what it was over the speaker so I can only assume that I was not heard properly, and the girl at the window ended up giving me two for free, which I did not want, and finally got it right the third time. My fries looked like someone tore them in half and smushed them down into the fry carton. I received no dipping sauces, even though I was asked which ones I wanted, so that me says communication is lacking between the order taker and order filler. Not only that, I received two sporks for my food, which I didn't need because my order didn't come with slaw, corn, beans etc so what would I need them for? 🤷‍♀️ Finally I did not get napkins. When I went back through to complain at the window the manager, the one who took my order, offered to make my order over again, which no I was not trying to get free food or anything, I just wanted somebody to know how lacking they were in certain things. I have a minor who is working her first job. She gets scheduled once a week due to being in high school. They called numerous times before being hired to ask them if they were hiring. Finally they hired her. This was in October. Today, she was told that the manager noticed their last shift (a week ago) that they were unfamiliar with the menu items. Because of this they have the choice to be fired or give the manager their two week notice without any prior disciplinary action. The manager then wrote a two week notice out and had my kid fill in the blank and sign it. Please someone tell me this is wrong. No they weren’t warned about being tested. In fact, the manager just approved time of requests for next year two days ago! Not to mention the manager was fist bumping my kid after being told they were going to be fired? They were also told that if they resign voluntarily that they can use the manager as a reference but if they choose to be fired that they will not be a reference and in fact will tell future employers that the minor in question is not a good employee. should have expressed my thanks years ago. my son loved ordering kfc for lunch from their cool fundraisers at MIQ. if you're passing through the central valley, highly recommend this location. wait time has never been an issue and food is hot by the time i get home when using drive thru. their exclusive peach and honey soda is a special treat in addition to their family pack deals that come to the rescue for quick meals. bonus feature for my family is their 64oz beverage carriers. we re-use ours. the jugs are collapsible, great for road trips, walks, etc. inside was recently remodeled. worth the quick drive off the highway for a great...
