McDonald's — Restaurant in Lemoore

Has ANYONE ever gotten their order that was right at this restaurant? We use to go there often and 9 times of 10 order was messed up or missing food , but one night for dinner after having a crazy day and I’m too tired to cook so we go to McDonald’s we order 2 McChickens with extra pickle which I had to pay more for the extra pickles , 2 Regular hamburgers NO cheese 2 fries & 2 drinks to go ~ getting in our car we started munching on the fries ( who likes to eat cold fries 🫣) When we got home it was a mess. They had only put 1 Mc chicken with no pickle it was suppose to be extra pickle, and on both hamburgers they added cheese 🤮 was suppose to be no cheese So back in the car we go , drive all the way back up there and I ask for the manager. She comes to the counter I explain what was WRONG about the entire order So she grabs the bag starts taking the food out and looks at me and ask “ DID YOU EAT SOME OF THE FRIES” 😳. I asked do you really want to go there after I used more of my time and gas having to drive back up here to get the correct order. So it takes another 25 min to get our food and once we get back home 🫣CHEESES burgers still in the bag all she did was go around the corner and put those back in the bag !!!! Still no extra pickle on the McChickens but at least they did add the 2nd one I had paid for so I called ask for the REAL MANAGER told to call back for in morning for CHRIS Had to leave a message for him to call me back Of course the call never came …. LEMOORE Mc Donald’s is the WORST EVER for hot or correct order! Seating area is always nasty with food and wrappers on floor if I had known there was a place for photos I sure would have gotten pix Not recommend this particular Mc Donald’s if you can...

I don't even know where to begin with this place. I only continue to go back because it's the only McDonald's in town I have access to. So literally EVERY time I go here to get lunch/dinner there is ALWAY something wrong with the order. Either an item is missing, it's not prepared properly, missing sauce, or the soda is flat. So the last couple times I went, once I ordered a 20 piece and that was it.. I didn't feel the need to check because it's just a 20 piece like how can you get that wrong you just place 2 ten piece nuggets containers. I get home and there's only a 10 piece. This order was for my nephew and brother and it was at midnight so I didn't bother making a trip back. The very last time I went to get dinner here I ordered 3 meals. A 4 piece nugget happy meal, a 20 piece nugget with fries and a #1 meal. So I checked for sauce for the nuggets... I didn't see any so I asked for sweet & sour & BBQ. The lady gives me one of each. I said excuse me could I get more bbq because I have a 20 piece and a 4 piece. She said "there should be some in the bag already" I said "no I looked and there is none" she turned to look at the lady who prepped the meals in the bag and asked her something then turned back to me " they're at the very bottom underneath the food" I responded "well i don't see or feel any" so she gave me 2 BBQ sauce and 1 fell to ground as she handed them to me. So when I got home I pulled EVERYTHING OUT of the bags and there was NO SAUCE. Hmm.. imagine that I was right. Like come on guys I'm asking for sauce for the food I ordered that was NOT in the bag, it's not like I was asking for another burger or order of nuggets. Geeze! Don't get me started on my other past...

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Save your money and drive to Hanford for a decent meal. This location not only has the worst service, they are extremely slow, rude and oblivious to basic customer service and quality. I’ve been here on numerous occasions and time after time they get your meal wrong, your missing items, and the quality is trash! Today 9/16/2023 my most recent visit I ordered a simple McChicken since they can never get anything else right, I requested extra Mayo since I’m the past it’s always lacking. When the person at the window handed it to me she was laughing I assumed she was having a good day and was friendly. WRONG! when I got home the sandwich had no pretty much zero Mayo and no lettuce. Half of the lettuce was brown when I had to remove it looked as if it was picked up off the floor or simply extremely old. I threw the sandwich out and was extremely disappointed I reported this location to the BBB, Health department and the corporate office. This location should be shut down immediately due to the lack of quality and customer service not to add I was missing my large French fries and apple pie! I paid over $8 for...
