I placed an order online and was told to go to drive through window and state my name for pickup. When I arrived at the location I was told they were closed because there was no water at their location and they were working on fixing it but no idea when it would be back on. Understandable and unforeseen, I get that - so I asked how I get a refund on the order I already placed and paid for and they said it would happen automatically. Fast forward 4 days later and the charge has now cleared my account and there is no indication that a credit is on it's way. I called the location and was told I need to call my bank, I said there's nothing to call my bank about, there's no credit pending. What would I be referencing if I called the bank? I was then told I needed to call the company I placed the order with, I said I placed the order on TACO BELL'S WEBSITE so YOU ARE the company I placed the order with!! She said "no, that happens through a 3rd party, you need to call them" (which makes no sense) so I asked for the number I should call and she said very rudely "ma'am, I don't know! I don't shop online". WHAT?? I'm asking for a telephone number to someone YOUR company is apparently contracted with - if YOU can't give me the number how in the world am I supposed to find it?? So she said to go to the Taco Bell website and look for it there, so I asked her hold one while I looked and she said "no, it's busy and it's lunchtime" and then hung up on me! So I called back, I had to call back six more times until she finally answered the phone again, at that point I told her I did check the website and I don't know where to look and could I speak to a manager? Apparently I was already speaking with the manager (really?!!!?). This time she [somewhat more politely] said that I would have to call back at 3:30pm and speak to the other manager because she didn't know how to help me. Was that so hard to say in the first place? Meanwhile I am still waiting on the credit for food I...
Read moreWorst location in the area by far. Pre-Covid it was the only one I went to, but now it's awful. Placed a fairly large order and tipped the team as an apology for not placing the order earlier. Took about 45 minutes to come out and there was an entire line of people waiting for normal sized orders before we got there. Uber Eats driver that was waiting there said this is by far the worst location and they get the orders wrong every time.
They'd hand out the bags randomly without checking to make sure it was the correct person's order. Had to swap bags with customers on multiple occasions during this 45 minute wait. Order is finally done and they forgot literally HALF of it. It was $35 worth of dollar menu items and they forgot about 15 items total but were still charged for it, and this was WITH A TIP.
Been here a handful of times post-Covid and the orders have been incorrect every single time, no matter how many or few items we get. Customers in front of us and behind us had to pull around again because theirs were wrong as well.
Another time before the renovations we went here right at closing time. Two cars in front of us placed their orders and got served but as we pulled up they told us they were closed and wouldn't take our order specifically. Had to wait for 25 minutes behind the first two cars because there was no way to exit the drive-through once you entered it before the renovations. I would've understood had they not taken the orders of the two cars in front of us, who were there 5 minutes AFTER closing. There was nobody behind us. The cutoff was completely arbitrary and they literally served two cars in front of us that placed their orders 5 minutes after closing. There would've been no difference had they taken our order as well, or just refused...
Read moreI wait 15 mins in line, finally get my order, count the # of items bc I was in a rush and then take off. I get home, realized my more than half of my order is wrong, so then I just gave it all to my boyfriend. He's on his last couple tacos when he realizes THERE IS A RECEIPT IN THE TACO. I call the store, MANAGER answers by saying "hello??" I said " um is this taco bell?!" and he replies "yeah that's how I answered the phone!" i replied "can i speak to the manager" he replies with a change in tone of voice "Oh i am the manager!" i let him know what happened, and he doesnt believe me and requests that i bring the taco back to SHOW HIM so that I can get a refund. I go to the store in the drive thru, as it is pouring rain, AND NO LINE, and he screams to the window "YOU NEED TO COME INSIDE IF YOU WANT ME TO HELP YOU" I said sir it's pouring, i just drove 20 mins back over here and there is no line behind me. He huffs and puffs and refuses to help unless i go inside. he did give a refund, but surely did not confront any workers to determine how this even happened. also- the food was disgusting. DO NOTTTTT RECOMMEND!!! if i could give 0...
