Goodcents — Restaurant in Lenexa

I gave a 3 star mainly cause they had the chocolate chunk cookie that I've missed and that they were nice people, BUT.. my husband and I ordered a 16inch to share, we ordered the garlic peppercorn bread and there was BARELY any seasoning and the guy had knew cause he was speaking in a different language to the other 2 women there (Arabic I think). Anyways, he had told a little girl to go in the back to turn up the music for the store which she then BLARED the music and couldn't hear anything anyone was saying until they eventually turned it down several minutes later. This little girl was maybe 7 or 8 years old and kept running in the back of the store and in the front jumping in booths. She shouldn't be running in the back of the store because there's all kinds of cutlery! No place for a little one! And you couldn't barely see the woman making the sandwich cause they had the cold table cover still on and I had asked for extra olives twice and would've said paid extra if needed to. We didn't dine cause they had stuff all over the tables like drinks, someone's belongings, etc. So we took it to go and noticed when we got home they didn't give me extra olives, and the bread was VERY thin. 3 stars is being generous but they were nice people and it wasn't the absolute...

I tried this franchise location after experiencing poor sanitation practices at the Mr Goodsents location closer to home. The food ingredients were exceptionally fresh tasting in comparison to other locations I’ve visited. And for the most part, the store staff was pleasant and willing to accommodate my requests. They too seemed to be conscientious about their sanitation practices. If I were to make one suggestion, that would be for the staff who prepares sandwiches and who also handle the register and cash transactions, to make sure they completely remove their gloves and to wash hands with soap and water, prior to putting on new gloves and returning back to sandwich prep.Other than that, I would visit this location again. Update: when delivery isn't available it will automatically switch to pickup ta the end where it's easily missed. When I called to cancel it and reorder again I was told they won't. I don't think I'll ever go back. It's too bad this location is actually clean.

What an amazing experience. I have been to a few recently that the veggies were looking several days old and so I asked to see theirs. The sweet woman was more than happy to show off how clean and fresh everything was. She even asked if I'd like it cut in half thirds or quarters which never happens at other locations.
