I placed an order today on march 21 to be picked up at 11:45. When I arrived, my smoothie was watered down and melted, and they told me that they had made it as soon as the order came through rather than when I placed the order to be picked up. I asked if they could please remake my smoothie. They told me no, but they would re-blend it, they then told me that I shouldn’t be ordering online and that I should only come in to place orders because the food is always going to be made at the time. The order comes through rather than the time the order is scheduled for pick up. I I then said to them I did not have time to do that as I am on my lunch break, which is why I placed the order to be picked up ahead of time, and the guy told me that I was lucky they were blending it for me at all I then asked for his name and he refused to give it to me and everybody was extremely rude. I have no problem with coming in and placing my order but I don’t think it’s my responsibility to know that they are not going to read the pick up instructions and rather just make the order whenever they feel like doing so I was simply just trying to be a customer and place my order ahead of time to be made, and I was met with a ton of backlash from every single person there on a $20 lunch order for myself. I’m a server/bartender and have managed as well for 11 years now and I just can’t imagine being so awfully rude I felt attacked and embarrassed for simply asking for fresh food when I asked for it to be ready at a certain time. I thought that’s what the app was for. I just can’t imagine as someone in this industry, ever a time I’m not going to do everything in my power to give my guests the best experience and quality every time. Nothing could be too big of an ask to make a situation right even McDonald’s will remake cold food.
Whatever you say about whatever is fine and I’ll keep that in mind but nothing here was done kindly. I was embarrassed not just for me but the business as it was a full store and I’ve never been talked to so rudely. Ever. I just can’t imagine a setting where that is okay in the service industry at all. I have been cussed out this week in the same business and didn’t once break character. The way I was talked to was just insanity. Thank you for...
Read moreWent in with 2 of my girlfriends for lunch. Had a staff of 2 teenage boys. Ordered the caprese sandwich which is supposed to come with tomato. Opened up the sandwich to a single 1/2 slice, not a whole Alice, half of a slice. Still tastes good so didn't complain. Needed silverware for the corn aide that my friend ordered so my other friend went in to ask for one and was told "I guess but only because you're cute" which made her super uncomfortable. My friend that needed the fork couldn't find her wallet and ask if one of us would go in and look for it while she searches her car. My friend who went in for the fork was too uncomfortable to go back in so I went in to ask, and they didn't even recognize me from the order I placed 5 minutes before hand. Long story short, the staff doesn't pay any attention to the customers they're serving unless it's to sexualize them. Probably won't be back to this location. Hope they...
Read moreLove eating lunch or dinner here. My favorite meals right now are any of their quesadillas. I sometimes prefer these instead of getting a smoothie. As for the smoothies: I don't think I have ventured the menu enough to find one I really love. My fiancé says there are a few smoothies he would get daily if we had the money, but I can't seem to convince myself to try any new ones yet. I'll have to go with him the next time I want to try one, so I can sample. I will say I have tried a beach bum smoothie; they add chocolate, white chocolate, or no chocolate to sweeten, and I've tried it all three ways - chocolate is a must for me! Aside from the menu, the service has always been great - with a smile and never waiting more than 5-7 minutes for...
