Arby's — Restaurant in Lenoir City

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had I wanted a simple sandwich the beef and cheddar and was told they don't serve it no more its now slidders so I said ok and said I wanted them beef and cheddar and look at my receipt and was charged 6 times for cheddar cups I said no I didn't want that and they were refunding me the cups of cheese and not happy about it like it was my fault and I step back and take a picture to do my normal Google review and the manger who refused to be named asked why was I taking pictures and felt very unhappy about it I explained for a review and she started to get upset so I started recording and she lost it and told the employee who by the way was a week new (scarred for life lol) to hold me and not give me food or money back until the cops show up and make me delete my pictures I explained its not against the law and I told her I'd save her a call and I called the police because at this point I just wanted a refund. And I did that and guess what the officer showed up and was great and explained to her I can record anything I want so he made her give me a refund and she insisted that I be banned off the property so I can't go back because she was recorded lol. Unacceptable quality control. With all the advertising stating “We have the meat” they sure aren’t generous with portions, and they don’t seem to offer anything remotely similar to what one would expect in terms of quality or presentation. I don’t go to Arby’s often, so it was a shock when I visited the Lenoir City restaurant on the evening of 11/17/22 to see that the menu prices for a meal were $8-$12. I ordered the $10+ brisket sandwich meal with curly fries and my son ordered an $8+ chicken sandwich meal with curly fries. The staff at the drive through window were friendly and our ordering process was as expected. Our food, however, was sub par. The fries were room temperature and their texture suggested they were made much earlier in the day. The sandwiches were truly a disappointment. My son’s chicken sandwich was flat and unappetizing, with a very small piece of chicken on a bun with some sauce. My “brisket” sandwich consisted of two slices of meat, half of which were fat, some cheese and sauce. My sandwich was also flat and unappetizing, and the “brisket” was anything but the tender, flavorful meat the Arby’s commercials advertise it to be.
