Went to order, TB worker states “I cannot find that on the computer” to me in the speaker. So I try to explain, he then says “it can only be found on the app.” So as I wait in line I placed my app order. Get to window he tells me to go to front of restaurant, I ask if I need to come in to get it, he states “that’d be easier,” followed by the window shutting. O.K. Went in, seen that you can order the food that was stated I can only order on app, in store. So obviously there’s a training issue with either the computer or the menu, at this point, I think both.. not to mention customer service wasn’t a thing. Got the food. Was told they were “completely out of ice”(I’ve been in the industry and been out of ice, that’s an easy fix, either call Pepsi if it’s the machine or drive down the road and get bags of ice). As I’m waiting on the food, one of the managers preparing the food was complaining about “being busy” and she “didn’t understand why they were so busy.” Not to mention, There were multiple people waiting inside for their food complaining about their service and the SMELL inside of the restaurant. All the food was room temperature(the cheese was not even melted) and two of the burritos were wrong(I wanted no onion they put on both). Keep in mind I spent $33 on this order. I have went to this Taco Bell since I was a small child and this place has went downhill significantly. Get some people that know customer service, TRAIN your workers and fire the management if they want to talk like that in front of their customers, not to mention making the food wrong. I will not be surprised when this place has to close their doors. If you’re local, go to the one in Farragut or Lovell Rd. This isn’t the first time but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. If you’re the owner reading this, please see all the reviews of the public and recognize this is an issue at your place of establishment.

Our order number, being its not being asked for, is 352669 (469). We went through the drive-thru at 11:03am this morning. It says Matthew C was our cashier, but a young lady took our order & interacted w/ us at the window. She clearly wasn't thrilled to be there. But besides poor attitude/customer service, one of the combos we received was not the combo we ordered. We probably would be more forgiving of this little uh-oh had they been pleasant and friendly to deal with. (As though you should need a reason to try to be a good human.) The meal they did manage to serve my family for lunch included a taco with a mysterious object in it and some unappetizing lettuce. I think there was chicken in my quesadilla, but I misplaced my magnifying glass, so I'm not positive. The stale chips weren't a huge issue...being we didn't order them to begin with (the wrong combo issue, continued), but really...? (I have pictures of the lovely taco that we obviously trashed.) I asked for no reply back on the company email that I sent and suggested they spend the time they would have used to apologize for this local establishments poor reflection of their corporation to remind their managers, who should then remind their employees, that they're not just "working". They're feeding people a meal. 'Would you treat your friends and family that way in YOUR house? Is that the meal that you'd be proud to present someone at YOUR table? Take pride in a job well done, for once. And be kind.'

These photos do not do ANY justice ! This was by far the worst taco bell experience I have ever had ! Literally everything was cold and soggy from the minute I got it . I waited 30-45 mins for $17.00 worth of food that isn’t worth the paper it’s wrapped in . I refuse to sit in the drive thru for another 45 mins for a refund I literally took the L and had to stop somewhere else to get something edible for my family ! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN PERMANENTLY! Before you get people sick!!!

I'm giving 3 stars because 2 b honest the service has just went down hill. The food has done no better. The last 2 times Iv been there sucked enough that I won't b back. The prices go up while the quality of food n service seems 2 go down. I went last week n spent $30 on a box of 12 tacos n a Mexican pizza. As most know, u no longer order from a person if u go inside. U order from a kiosk. So I ordered as I said, a box of 12 tacos, 6 soft n 6 hard with LITE LETTUCE. A Mexican pizza with no bean or red sauce, add avocado ranch n extra meat. There was 1 car in the drive-thru when I went in n nobody inside. So no need 2 rush thru the order..rite. Of course, a couple of cars pulled up in the process. But I stand there n watch them make the orders. I watch the girl pile lettuce by the handful (literally) on every taco, then looks up 2 read (out loud) lite lettuce 2 a fellow worker. Then proceeds 2 continue on doing the same loading them with lettuce. Some went out the drive-thru. So I think 2 myself maybe she will do the right thing since she read it aloud n I'm standing there watching n make them as ordered. But when I get my order I check it n of course NO she didn't make them as ordered. There was literally more lettuce than meat as there usually is which is 1 reason I ask 4 lite lettuce, so I can taste the meat considering they only put abt a tsp worth of meat on a taco. My pizza, well, the meat covers the middle n part of 2 triangles out of the 4. Iv gotten them in the past, where there is literally NO meat on half the pizza. The rach was just a hot mess on top n so heavy that I had 2 rake half of it off just 2 b able 2 eat it. As soon as they give me my food, 2 girls hurry outside 4 a minute. They come back in as Im abt 2 leave. 1 asks me if everything is OK. I say no, not really n explain 2 her abt the issue of the lettuce. She says I'm sorry. Would you like us 2 remake them? I say NO Thank u n leave. Y, because what's the point of throwing away the 1st 12 if u can't make it rite the 1st time while literally reading aloud, then what makes me think ur gona make it rite the 2nd time? I also think it's being very wasteful 2 just throw food away like that. My suggestion would b take a lil pride in ur work. Consider the fact would U want 2 b treated that way? If ur gona raise the prices so much, then u need 2 give more instead of less. Considering u put such a small amount of meat on the tacos n pizzas. They use the equivalent of a butter knife 2 put meat on them. U should also require more of ur employees. I don't have pics,...
