Aubrey’s was launched in West Knoxville by a University of Tennessee graduate in 1992. Aubrey’s was born and raised in East Tennessee and will forever remain a partner with the communities we serve. The vast majority of our employees live in the same neighborhoods as the guests who visit us. We are grateful and proud of the lasting friendships forged between our people and our guests. Giving back to the communities that have given us so much is at the core of who we are at Aubrey’s. Central to that commitment is our founder’s strong passion for the transformative power of education. To quote Aubrey himself, “education is the most important thing that can change the quality of life in a community.” As further example of our commitment to local communities Aubrey’s is committed to serving the highest level of fresh and locally sourced meats, fish, fruit and vegetables possible. Beer is much improved over the old place. Not as crazy about the big open loud atmosphere. The bread is a really nice oerk. Our server was great.

We eat here pretty often. In fact we ate here this past Sunday for lunch. The food is always good and everyone is always nice. The server did a great job and the meal tasted great! This time I wasn't as hungry as I usually am so I just ordered the Tomato Bisque soup and half a sandwich. Their Tomato Bisque soup is one of their best things they serve, I think. I also love the Rattlesnake Pasta! Everything is good, so you can't go wrong with anything you order. The food is a little more expensive here, but not much, and it's always worth it. My only complaint is that they always keep the temperature freezing inside the restaurant ~so you either need a light jacket, or long sleeves. I've been coming to this place for years to eat and you can always count on two things here: great food and freezing temperatures inside. But don't let that stop you from eating here. It's worth putting on a light jacket for the great food and service.

Very horrible 1st experience 😞 I had been waiting for the busyness to slow down some, as it was recently opened location, to go and eat there but it was all bad. Came in before 8pm on a Friday night. waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Said she needed to find a table. Clearly seen one open with booth right next to it being used so unless they were recently closing that section wasn't sure why they had to find one. Was seated in the bar room they have in there. Arrived at the table and the check from the previous people was still sitting on the table. It was clear of dishes but clearly had not been cleaned and sanitized yet. Food crumbs and salt (I assume) still everywhere in the seats and all. The menus were sticky and filthy so bad to the point I had to wipe it down to be able to read a section of it. We looked over the menu for about 15 minutes trying to decide what to get and realized no waitperson had come by for drinks or anything yet. Glanced around and spotted one that glanced in our direction but not long enough for me to get his attention. Didn't know if he thought we had already eaten where the check was on the table. We decided on our food with another 15 minutes past and still nothing. We just left at that point because we had already wasted almost an hour trying to eat and I didn't want to eat until they cleaned up the table but no one...

My husband and I were on our way back home to Alabama from a trip to Asheville, NC. We made a stop in Lenoir City, TN and looked on YELP for a great place to eat lunch. We found Aubrey's and saw great reviews. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Our waitress was so nice and attentive and kept our drinks full! We ordered the Spinach Cheese Dip as an appetizer, the Cheeseburger with Sweet Potato Fries and the Grilled Salmon. SO DELICIOUS! We left full and happy and were ready to make our journey back home. 2 hours later (150 miles away from the restaurant) I reached for my iPhone in my purse and couldn't find. After panicking for a few minutes I remembered I was looking at our pictures from our trip at the table in Aubrey’s. So I turned on the app "Find My Phone" and sure enough it was at Aubrey’s. The staff immediately called me on my husband's phone to assure me they had it and that they would mail my phone to my house in Alabama! THEY PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING!!! WHO DOES THAT?! My phone was shipped and delivered to me in 1 day!! I can't thank the Manager Bradley, James and staff at Aubrey’s enough for the kindness they showed me and saved me from having to buy a new phone! They showed us we still have good and honest people in this world!...

I would call ahead on a Friday or a Saturday night, they don't have reservations but they have some sort of list that will get you in quicker . My ex and I used to go here. I've been to this Aubrey's in Lenoir City five or six times. Each time my her and I always tried, but sometimes didn't succeed, to get something different than the time before. I've tried at least 7 different dishes here and I swear to you, I have NEVER had a bad meal. The quality of their food is way above the average LC and most Knoxville choices. The selection of entrees is not large, but..... Cook of all dishes, master of none, right? I don't know about you but, I'd rather have a few well cooked choices then a wide variety of mediocre food. They also have a huge beer and wine selection and a small, and completely separated from the dining room, saloon-ish like bartop that has liquor. For the quality of the food the entree prices are reasonable, my guess, somewhere around 15-17$ per entree, on average. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about this restaurant, it has never let me down, much...
