Captain D's — Restaurant in Lenoir City

Y'all seriously need to address the customer service at this location. I walked in and approached the front register and was greeted, very rudely, by the person working drive thru with: "You're going to HAVE to come over here and order. THAT register isn't working!" Please understand there was absolutely no signage to indicate this issue and since I am not a psychic telepath I had no way of knowing this without being told and would have appreciated being told without having orders barked at me. After completing my order, I was asked if I wanted anything else. Noticing a sign about a 5 piece shrimp for $1.99 that was free if not offered, I made the apparently dire mistake of requesting the freebie since the promotion had not been offered. At this point, I was screamed at and told she wasn't finished yet. I simply suggested that "anything else?" is not the same as "can I get you 'x'?" at which point she screamed at the kitchen to give me a free 5 piece and someone else better finish my order because she was going to the back. Somehow, though, she did manage to make it back in time to scream at me to leave and go somewhere else to "get free stuff" as I was walking away. This was far and away the absolute WORST customer experience I have had anywhere and at 52 years old, I have had a few bad experiences. The ONLY reason I even enter this building is because my autistic child loves the food and had been begging for it all day. Going forward, I will be trying to encourage him to find a new favorite as I would prefer to NEVER set foot in this store again. Ordered food thru drive thru, drove home and found out I received someone else's order. Drove back to restaurant and asked to speak with manager because neither employee seemed to care that I did not receive what I ordered Manager was apologetic and seemed to care but employees sure didn't seem to. As I was waiting for replacement order, couple came up from dining area and demanded their money back. The wife stated that they had waited 40 minutes and still had not gotten their lunch. I don't believe the order had even been started yet. Manager did good job of de-escalating what could have been an "ugly" encounter. This location always looks buy but it's actually the overflow from the Chik-fil-a next door. When I got home and finally began eating my lunch, I discovered that the grease soaked po boy had been prepared by deep frying the roll in order to crisp it. It was all I could do to keep it down. In hindsight, the taste was so bad I should have just trashed it. I would not go back to this restaurant to order even a soda. If you're looking for seafood, this is most certainly not a place I could recommend, at any price point. One of the worst tasting meals of my life.

Tuesday July 10, 2018`around 4:30 I pulled up to the drive through for my order, And as we were driving away, we realized Megan had messed up the order and did not include any plastic ware or napkins, we drove back around, (by this time it was crowded) and said we didn't receive these things, was told to drive up, so we parked across from the drive thru traffic (as the last time they messed up they brought it out to my car. we WAITED, nothing.. I walked up to the window, and told them, Megan echoed what I had said, gave me a FULL bag, of plastic ware, and napkins (why should SHE have attitude? I'm the one with $22 worth of food getting cold for HER mistakes.) and as I walked back to my car, my granddaughter said they were all laughing at me, and Megan was waving being a smart butt, I walked up to the window again and a little boy came to the window, I asked for her name, he told me and asked why, I said I was calling corporate. Who can eat without silverware, he said we laughed because you came to the window instead of coming in, and said for me to go ahead and report her, but she didn't do anything wrong, slammed the widow after saying forcefully, "we don't need your rudeness!!!
