Check number 20125 table 32 at lenoir city location. Waiter’s name conveniently not on our check. Have family in town from Nashville and went to Chili’s for dinner tonight. We had a party of 7 and discussed who was on who’s check. After drinks we waited a good 20 minutes before our order was taken. Waiter took our order in order of checks. Me and my fiancé were on our own check. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and he ordered the smoke house combo with chicken tenders and ribs. 30 minutes goes by and our food finally comes except me and my fiancé have no food. Waiter leaves to “check” on our food. Returns 10 minutes later to advise my fiancé they have “just” ran out of ribs. Come to find out the restaurant had been out of ribs an hour before we arrived. Our waiter forgot to key in our order and instead of apologizing and owning up to her error she tried making it seem like it was the kitchen’s fault. Upon asking for the waiter to bring over the manager she is gone “looking” for him/her for another 10 20 minutes. (Obviously feeding the manager a story) A male comes over to our table dressed in a chefs coat. The gentleman claimed he was a manager and we expressed our concerns. The gentleman thanks us for making him aware of the situation and walks away. Did not hear from him again. Our waiter then comes up to the table and asks if our issue was resolved and rolls her eyes as she walks away. Had she owned up to her error and actually apologized we wouldn’t be as furious. Instead we received attitude and food we waited an hour for. By the time our food arrived, the rest of our table was done eating and we were too mad and to even bother eating. We were seated at 7:30 and didn’t leave until 9:40. Will never eat at this location again and I highly recommend...
Read moreTonight my family went to have a nice meal for family time. We eat at this location ALL the time. Tonight was the worst. Several plates came out COLD! After we had already waited for a table 40mins. We got offered new plates , Well plate number 1 was my child’s Alfredo chicken literally felt like it came out of the refrigerator. Took it back the first time brought back and it was Still cold, second time just like warm, sent back again. Has that was going on plate 2 came out with cold sides, 3 plate came out shrimp tacos and rice ALL refrigerator COLD. We couldn’t believe it, we have never had this many problems it was ridiculous. The manger finally comes out with my child’s fresh food, and offers to replace other meals and by that point everyone was over it, so they turned it down, and she walks away and apologizes. Which apologizing is always acceptable but when you have multiple meals coming out cold felt like from the fridge is unacceptable to leave or just a sorry. The waitress was very apologetic as well but not her fault she was doing everything she could to try to find someway to fix it as that should have been the managers job but we never saw her again. It came time to pay, and the bills were getting mixed up and confused still once again the waitress was dealing with it all as this should have been the managers place we will never return back to this location. Very poor poor cooks and...
Read moreMy wife and I have been coming here frequently over the past 3 to 4 months. In short from the beginning of the year. Over the progression of those months, service has become very poor and seems to progressively get worse. My wife and I sat for 15 minutes before ever being asked, "what would you like to drink?" With this being said, the time you wait between your first drink and the refill is even worse, as they don't check up their table, and when they do, they seem to forget what they're task at hand is. I understand it's not necessarily the waiters fault at hand, however, being a store manager and leading a team myself, this is unacceptable. This causes people to leave their jobs, causes customers to leave, and most of all, makes me no longer tip the waiters what they should be, due to their lack of competence/training because their manager throws them to the sharks day 1. Waiters need to have better time management, and dedicated sections for where they are supposed to be, not on one side of the store, and then have to walk all the way to the opposite end. That just doesn't make sense. If you're short staffed, close off sections, make smaller areas for people to sit, that way the customers can have better experiences when eating. I will not be returning to this location due to the poor experience provided time and time again over the course of...
