We visited here for a late lunch on a Sunday, and had an ok experience. This is a brand new location, so I'm sure there's a learning curve going on. We placed our order at the counter. I ordered the #1 combo, which is the Freddy's Original Double with cheese (I opted for the onion rings as my side). We went to a booth to wait for our food, and it took 30 minutes for our order to be ready. When our number was called, we went to the counter to pick up our food, and an employee did apologize for the wait. The food tasted great, and was cooked to perfection!

When we finished our meal, we decided to go up and order a custard. I had the PBC & B Sundae which is vanilla custard, Reese's® Peanut Butter Cup, banana, whipped cream & a cherry. It didn't take long at all for this order to be ready, so that was a plus.

While we were in the dining room eating, there were multiple employees (I counted at least 7 not including the cook staff) behind the counter laughing and joking, and only one employee out in the dining room bussing tables. I'm all for having fun at work, but when there's a huge wait for food, it's not a good image for the business to have its employees goofing off.
