Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lenoir City

I was highly dissatisfied with my entire order today. I usually end up ordering custom pizzas so I know they are made fresh and haven't been sitting in the hot box all day. Today I ordered two pizzas one cheese light sauce and one pepperoni light sauce as well as two orders of crazy bread. I assumed it would take a few mins to make and I was ok with waiting. I peeked at my bread and immediately noticed how poor quality both bags looked. They were dark brown and hard, and looked and tasted like they had been sitting in the hot box for a couple hours. As far as my "custom pizzas" they look and tasted like they were just hot n readys with a custom label printed and stuck on them. The crust was so hard it nearly couldn't be chewed. At that point I had already been waiting around 30 or 35 mins for what usually takes a 10 to 15 min order completion. With a screaming tired and hungry toddler, And my other children were getting antsy with the long wait as well. My order was no where near worth the almost thirty dollars I had to pay for the hard as rocks pizza and...

This is the second time I’ve been to this little Caesar’s and the last time I will ever go . Both times I waited almost a hour for my food which is ridiculous. Nobody told me I would be waiting .... foods not hot and ready .... thought that was the restaurants motto . It’s like 90 degrees out side while I sit and wait with my 3 young children . I’ve worked here before so I know how long it is to make this food .... and I also get told my wings were frozen and had to be cooked twice ... when I’m sure they should have been payed out . I’m honestly disappointed seems like they were doing a lot better at the last location . We didn’t get a apology for the time we had to wait and didn’t get offered anything for waiting so long . We will not be giving out money to this business or leaving any good reviews . It was busy which I can't fault them for that, but my breadsticks were under cooked by a good amount and I think they skimped on the cheese and whatever flavor they regularly put in the crust. It didn't taste the same as their signature flavor most are used to when they go to little Caesars.

Edit: I've been back two more times since. I timed how long it took for them to take my order through drive through, they asked me to wait then forgot about me for 11 minutes (I was one of two guests there). When I drove up to the window they asked how long I had waited and said sorry that was all. I ordered one cheese pizza and two bread sticks. I had to wait another 8 min to get food.

Please time your own visits and compare how accurate my experiences were. All 3 times I've had the same order which I thought were hot and ready items and each time it took about 20 min. If I wanted to wait the same times as a sit down restaurant experience I would not be choosing little Cesar's....
