Cats aside, I am a chai snob and my hot chai tea latte was truly exquisite. It was piping hot, very rich and flavorful. Really 10/10. My husband said the drip coffee was great. Kids loved their lemonades. I would absolutely pop in just to order a drink regardless of cats. Cats were like paid actors! Variety of personalities with several hilarious and playful kittens, several older gentlemen who purred on my lap for chin scratches, a few who looked down from above. My kids are 4 and 8 and they were happy and entertained the full time. I recommend making a reservation and arriving 10 minutes early to order and then be able to use your full time in the car room. I gave atmosphere 4/5 stars because I was really hoping for a sleek, upscale look but it is definitely more thrift store couch vibe. But, most importantly, it was absolutely not smelly or gross- I was shocked that there were zero bad smells even in the enclosed cat room. No litter smells whatsoever, and I was expecting that mix of cleaning supplies with wet animal smell that you’d notice at a humane society. I have no idea how they achieve that. Well done! Edit to add: I just tasted the lemonade! I did not realize they were homemade! They are amazing- so refreshing, not too sweet. Night and day compared to...

First walking into the cat café, me and my partner were tickled by all of the cat-themed decorations and the display window with all of the cats in it! Not to mention, the funny messages on the sandwich board outside of the café.

The two employees present that day were very welcoming and friendly to customers walking in—almost as much as the kittens!

The highlight of the cafĂ© was definitely the cat room where a handful of pleasant kitties were lounging about. Our personal favorites were “Richard” the kitten and an affectionate shorthair!! Their room is full of access for enrichment, houses to hide away in, and a private space for the cats to feed in peace. It was only $12 per person to enter the room, and the hour you’re allowed with the fluffy babies is an hour you’ll cherish forever!

10/10 recommend. PLUS: The employees wash their hands every single time after every drink made, so you’re ensured a fur-free...

If you have kids younger than 7 don’t go for the cats because they are not allowed except for certain times. Apparently this info is on the website, so I should have checked beforehand but still
 Why???

We drove from out of town just for the kids to hang out with the cats but were told our 6yo wouldn’t be able to go in but everyone else could (like we would do that). The owner wasn’t very accommodating when we told that we came from out of town (and our 6yo was crying because she wasn’t allowed in the cat room).

Good idea, bad implementation. Again, my mistake for not checking the website, but this is a terrible way to run a business like this. Why not allow kids with everyone else?

EDIT After the reply: I understand policy is policy and respect that they would enforce it. My rating is for the policy, not for the...

I can’t wait to go back - such a fun experience! Our GPS directions took us to a completely wrong address, but we called Brews and Mews for help and they talked us thru the right directions. The adorable kitties were happy, comfortable, & very cuddly, the fall coffee was delicious, & the employees were so friendly & helpful. We didn’t have any food there so I can’t comment on that, but they did have a selection of gift items to browse & buy, including yarn & cute cat items. Everything was very clean & well-maintained, & it was amazing to us the cats had a choice of so many enrichment activities, which they actually used! It very entertaining to watch them when they weren’t curled up in our laps. This was the best cat cafe we’ve ever been to - I can’t recommend enough!
