Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lenoir

I visited your restaurant today in Lenoir, NC at around 3:15 PM. I ordered the following: 1 foot long hotdog, one regular hotdog, two corn dogs, one medium sized order of jalapeño poppers, and one medium sized order of onion rings. Ordering was easy and service was fast. I paid my bill and tipped the server. However, upon driving from Lenoir to sawmills to give my family this food, I was astonished to see the onion rings and corn dog that they had actually sold me. I realize that I patronized the restaurant between the lunch hour and the dinner hour, however, never thought I would be served food that had already been cooked and then re-cooked and sold to me. Look at this corn dog! And look at this onion ring! Are you kidding? I couldn’t even eat this. I gave it to my sister’s chickens. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Ariana And she verified that indeed I had ordered everything. I said I had as she had a spreadsheet of current orders in front of her. She asked me to come back tomorrow and get the order redone. I really don’t want the order redone. I want my money back. That’s just unacceptable and...

This place has become a dump. Do the owners even care?! The sanitation score is pretty low and the place is so outdated. Expect to scrape your car going in and out and good luck dodging potholes. Food is overpriced and really not that great. Even the coney --which used to be like crack because they were so good -- has become subpar. What the heck happened to this location?!?!

Oh. We have been trying to get a slushie for literally MONTHS. All summer the machine was broken. We went today -- at the end of November -- and it's STILL BROKEN?!?!? That's very odd. We ordered on the app and when the employee came, she only brought one drink even though we ordered three. When we buzzed for help, only then were we told the slushie machine was "broken"' and we would be refunded in a few days. We were definitely those people who got slushies multiple times a week and we have been told for MONTHS the machine is down. Skip Sonic and go somewhere where they actually care about their food and customers because this place isn't...

Sonic has never disappointed like this before. My boyfriend and I ordered and waited about 10 minutes before the screen said someone was on the way with my order. When they got to the window, they asked if we had a doordash order. We said no and they apologized for the mix up but that isn't a big deal so I wasn't upset up to this point. We waited another 10 or 15 minutes before pressing the button. We had to try 4 or 5 times before someone actually answered. We reminded them that we were still waiting on our food and they immediately came out with our order. Our cold burgers and fries along with our watered down drinks. It had obviously been sitting there for awhile so we asked for some fresh fries. The carhop said they'd be right out so we waited about 10 more minutes before leaving with never getting our fries. We were one of three cars in the parking lot and nobody came throught the drive-thru so it's not like they were busy.
