From 2025-06-08: Stopped by for a quick order pickup. Wouldn’t you know, the order was missing food. Again. Thankfully I counted everything while at the drive thru window!
Also, I still have not received any contact from the below incident. It’s been over a week since reporting!
Apparently the feedback of the guest / customer service is only matched by their quality control.
From 2025-06-02: Good food and a fun spot to dine in, but take out / drive through orders beware!
In most restaurants, someone is paid to expo / prep / validate orders. For this spot, they offload that job to you.
It’s unfortunately up to you to do their jobs and verify you’re getting what you actually paid for! In a drive through environment, this is both messy and time consuming.
This is the second time in a row that this specific restaurant has short-changed my drive through order. Reaching out to corporate and requesting communications apparently doesn’t work either.
With repeated quality issues inside the store and nobody caring from corporate, I’m shocked it isn’t worse. It’s good food, but good luck!

Read moreStop in on Veterans Day and was disappointed with the young cashier as I questioned the total amount of my bill. I had ordered (7) seven Chicken Nibblers and they, rather than being the original price of about $1.76, were discounted and only .99. I also ordered a basket of fries and a large drink. The cashier stated that my bill was just over $19.00 and I said "you need to check your math". Another employee intervened and supported the cashier's request: $19 and some change. Yet, little did I know, the worst of this visit was to come. The original cashier than stated that she did not like the way I was talking to her. I was confused as I did not think that she was addressing me. I asked if she was talking about me and she confirmed. At this point another employee came over and began working at the cash register, while the cashier continued to tell me that I was rude. As I did not believe that I was rude, I did not apologize, yet did support the cashier's lable of me by telling them that I no longer wanted the order. I had an issue with my order (which was rather large) and the cashier who took my order was new and didn't understand the cash register so she called for help, after what seemed like forever someone in a skirt came to the front to help, she was rude rude rude! She interrupted me when I was trying to explain the issue and wasn't friendly at all! Looked like the rest of the staff was struggling because it was a busy time but she seemed to be taking her leisurely time making it to help this poor cashier and didn't look like she came from the kitchen! Maybe y'all should teach a class on customer service or work ethics to the management staff because I was appalled to say the least. While I was waiting for my order this skirt person was standing in the eating area chatting it up with a friend I assume while the staff still seemed to struggle...shame on you Zaxby's for allowing management to do nothing and probably get paid way more than the people actually working! Won't do anymore catering orders here that's a FACT! Maybe it's just this location 🤷 but definitely not good representation...
