Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Leominster

Update: have now watched 5 groups of people walk out without ice cream.... They are giving up on waiting..... Coldstone. Your proccess is failing you..... This is not so much about the product. But the system in place. 3 people working. They are completing transaction in roughly 5 minutes. In other words. From customer order to payment transaction is taking 5 minutes per person. Watched 3 groups of people give up and walk out after waiting for over 20 minutes .. certainly not blaming the people working they all seemed very young. This is probably a higher up issue, there needs to be some management interjection and the company itself needs to figure out a better training method to ensure customer transactions are processed in a timely manner. based on this sample size of time I spent in here, I imagine they're missing out on a monumental amount of sales simply because their system is taking much longer than it should. Imagine a line of 10 people taking 30 minutes to go through, that would be too long. It's looking even longer than that though.... That is in fact the reality. As I now wait in the car, I am writing this review, my wife is still inside, we arrived over 20 minutes ago. I decided to give up on my shake but my wife is determined to get hers. This said when we walked in the store the line was about 8 people long... My estimate of 5 minutes per customer is being verified as I wait to post the remainder of this review... In short... coldstone's product is excellent, their ability to train employees to run the business fluidly is what is lacking. Again this is not necessarily the fault of the people working, most likely this is an issue from upper management.... 30 minutes in. Still waiting for my wife to emerge from. Coldstone. Yikes.... It's ice cream, not a seafood...

I attended Cold Stone Creamery Leominster MA with some friends this evening, though the line was long, the service bar was high. We went in just a bit before closing and I appreciated how the employees were strict and stood up for themselves when more entered post closing hours, because my friend was considering a job and I would like the peace of mind of knowing she’ll be out of work cordially each night if she does receive a job offer (unlikely). I have the establishment 4 stars as oppose to 5 because one of my friends found the waffle cone bowl to be stale and dry. However my ice cream is was delish. We all got “like it” size ice creams but I would I say I loved that like it. The manager (I think) was very welcoming , sweet, and understanding, even offering my friend a job and offering a family who had been turned away a second chance to come in after hours (though they declined). We learned quite a bit about the cold stone creamery employees tonight and I can say I would happily return to learn more about ice cream, the ice cream franchise, and the Leominster employees personal lives. A total of 6 ice creams but a lot more memories were savored tonight thank you cold stone Leominster location we can’t wait to...

I recently visited Coldstone Creamery and was in for a delightful surprise. As a long-time fan of their ice cream, I decided to treat myself to a "Chocolate Devotion" for $8.50. Upon arriving, I noticed a few changes in the shop and got curious. That's when I found out that the ownership had changed.

I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner, and I must say, what a positive difference! He was incredibly friendly and took the time to chat with me about the improvements they’ve been making. The atmosphere felt more vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive.

Now, about the ice cream – the "Chocolate Devotion" was absolutely divine. Rich, creamy, and loaded with all the chocolatey goodness one could dream of. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portion was generous, making it worth every penny.

It’s clear that the new owner is passionate about maintaining and enhancing the quality of Coldstone Creamery. My experience was wonderful, and I left with a big smile on my face. I’m excited to see how this place continues to evolve and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend stopping by to experience the new and improved...
