The store is similar in size to the majority of Gamestops, but it definitely lacks merchandise options. I'd compare its stock to that of the small Gamestops you find at the malls. I'm not sure if this is due to maybe the store moving stuff around to get in more stock to reflect the layout of other gamestop stores (just an observation, not a fact). If you're looking for a diverse variety of physical merchandise choices, I wouldn't recommend this location being your first choice. The game selection is also much smaller than you'd expect from a store this size.

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable from the ones I've met. It's often quiet, so it makes a great spot for a quick stop to get in and out. It has everything you need game wise, from consoles to games and accessories for consoles. Read moreMy son finally talked me into sending out his prized pokemon card I managed to get him, Pikachu with the felt hat. It was worth roughly 4-500 when I brought it in. We sleeved it, they took pictures showing its condition (no physical damage). I picked it up this week and found marks in one of the corners and the card was BENT!! I was told to contact PSA who then told me to speak to the store since they're the ones who submitted it. I was then sent to customer service who again, said the store had to handle the issue. I called the next day and spoke to the manager. He was at a loss as to what to do so he contacted the district manager. I got a call back saying the district manager basically said too bad its not their problem!! I'll be contacting the better business bureau as between their pictures up sending it out and the fact that its in a tamper proof case it had to have been damaged while in Gamestops care. I hope the district manager is happy with himself screwing my 12yo son over and putting him in tears because he couldnt do the right thing and file a damaged card claim. Read moreWent to this location around 7pm tonight. I unfortunately did not find the littlest pet shop blind boxes I was searching for, but I found something so much better. An item called misfittens mystery kitten surprise caught my eye. I immediately was enamored by one of the kittens on the back of the package - Gibson. I hoped and prayed that would be the one awaiting me inside the tube. The wonderful employee working was having some issues ringing up the item in the system. But I shared with him my excitement for possibly getting Gibson and he persisted in trying to ring in the item for me. He succeeded and wished me a good night. To my excitement, I opened the toy and saw Gibson staring back at me. This was the best night of my life and I owe it all to the employee working tonight. He made this all possible.
