Starbucks — Restaurant in Leominster

I would give this Starbucks 0 stars but sadly I can’t. It’s a workers job to be nice and respectful to their customers however that was not the case here. My sister had ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tasted burnt and nothing like pumpkin to the point where she couldn’t even drink it. We went inside to go see if we could get a different drink, the lady was BEYOND rude. We are nice people, we said we felt bad for not drinking it, but she made a face, yelled at us to ask what we needed, and acted like we were insane all because we requested a different drink. I’ll also say when I ordered my stuff she was very rude too, screamed in my face to try and hear me when there was no noise going on. She had an undercut and brown hair. That’s the best I can describe her. If you’re looking for good coffee and kind workers, I do not recommend going here. (Note: my sisters replacement coffee does not taste that much better.) I’m very disappointed. I expected better. If I am giving you my money and my kindness I expect you to be nice in return. In return for her being rude, I threw the old drink away while she was looking....

It's really deserving of a 1 star, but I usually have a good experience when I go. Today topped it off. A woman named Arlene for one, was extremely rude to me, and not only that, I watched her handle food with no gloves. That's absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Given the fact I didn't see her wash her hands and she was touching money, I will not be coming here again. I know the employees know better and learn safe food handling in training. Really crowded maybe we should tell people no carriages inside? Anyway, my issue is I bought 2 drinks first one they filled the cup halfway with ice then they shook the drink in a shaker full of ice then once poured in my cup thy poured some drink out to add more ice. I did not order coffee flavored ice. Second drink, same issue but my wife did an experiment when we got home after the 5 minute drive she poured the fluid in a measuring cup wow 7.5 ounces of fluid in a 16Oz. Cup. Really 8.5 ounces of ice...
