They forgot the beans that we ordered and the roasted chicken was cold even into the center. The chicken must have been cooked in the morning and they didn’t even bother to reheat it. Called to let them know about the missing food and they had a bunch of nonsense excuses for why they forgot and just argued instead of trying to solve the problem. Then told them about the chicken that it was cold and she just HUNG UP the phone. We were very late to pickup the food which is on us, but you can tell the center of the chicken was cold so either the food was sitting near an open window, or they gave us chicken from the morning and gave it a quick microwave blast before boxing it.
