Gold Bowl — Restaurant in Leominster

I ordered my food around 6 o’clock and by 629 my delivery was here I am barely maybe six minutes away from the Leominster Gold bowl yet my food was cold I order a combo when I was reaching for the boneless ribs they were cold, chicken wings felt like they were out on the counter for a good hour maybe, I don’t believe that between 6 o’clock and 629 is enough time to cook food and deliver so apparently either this food was frozen and they decided to put it in the microwave to defrost and then deliver or this was already out and done and they just packed it up and send it out $30 worth of food , yet when I called what I got in response was next time come and pick it up ...thank you gold bowl Leominster for your customer service and your food that was too cold to eat. By the way I did call the owner in Leominster Fitchburg Gold bowl and let her know what was going on who ever is managing this place in Leominster needs to be out. Sometimes having family run our business is a mistake and I think this is what is happening here. I guess I will need to shop around for another place to eat Chinese food that will deliver and I will make sure that whoever wants to order from Leominster gold bowl I will not let them spend their money in a place that disrespects their customers and don’t take care of them. And the fact that I’m giving them a two star is because I was able to speak to the son of the owner at the Fitchburg location. And just to let you know I’ve been over 10 years ordering from the Gold bowl it’s a shame that after three years living in Leominster area they’re not the same in...

Customer service is suddenly awful with the blonde. Called from parking lot so i could wait in car while the food was being prepared. Phone was put on the counter. Not hold. I listened and watched as people came in and out and received service. I went in and was immediately waited on. I mentioned I have been on hold.. The blonde at the checkout told me to leave when I pointed out I had been on hold for 5 minutes watching people go in and out. She said she was too busy to wait on me. Long time customer no longer. A simple apology with "we are so busy" would have been enough. Instead, she jammed her finger at me telling me she's the only one working. She clearly wasn't, there were at least 6 others in the front. Have never had an issue with orders til today and being repeatedly told to leave was ptetty inappropriate given the situation. I’m met a friend who lives nearby at this place and we ordered some of her favorites: the orange shrimp, which is under the house, specialties, and udon noodles. We enjoyed free hot tea and sat in the warm adjoining dining space that has a nice bar with a TV, sushi, and large screen television with sports on it. The dining area is warm, quiet and comfortable. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. It is a simple place and they serve in the takeout containers for dine in. But it was just what we were looking for for a lunch. Both entrées came in just over $30, but it was shrimp and a House specialty. They were both delicious and we finished about 2/3 of it, with a full serving to take home for another meal.
