On Friday (9/28/2023) I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a large steak and cheese sub with grilled peppers & onions, extra cheese, and ketchup and mayo. The prices were ridiculous right off the bat but we decided why not, its a small business and ordered from them. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE. Upon arrival, (about an hour wait from calling, pretty typical) the pizza was ICE COLD and the crust on the pizza was completely black and burnt. At this point I was already upset so I decided to go to bed and eat the sub for lunch the next day. To preface this next bit I have an ALLERGY to mushrooms and I cant eat them or I’ll have intense stomach pain. The next day for lunch I go to warm up my sub and I take a bite of it (silly me, assuming it would be correctly made the way I ordered it right?) and immediately taste mushroom. I spit out the sub and opened it to see that it was not only COVERED in mushrooms it also had no ketchup or mayo, virtually no cheese, and no grilled peppers at all. My husband was super upset (as he should be) because obviously thats not what i ordered. We called them to give them a chance to rectify the situation, he explained what happened (albeit he was a little agitated) so I took the phone and I started explaining that I cant eat mushrooms and I had to throw away my $13 sub that I took ONE BITE from and it didn’t seem fair that they get to keep our money from a mistake THEY made. The girl who answered the phone was very nice and she said that she’d call her boss and get back to us on what they could do. We waited for over 2 hours for a call back that never came. The situation never got rectified and now im out $35 because they can’t seem to get their act together. After reading other reviews I see that this is a common problem at this establishment. My company orders at least $300 in pizza and sides every week for our staff and safe to say I will NEVER be recommending this place or ordering from here ever again. I have been a loyal & regular customer since I have first gotten my credit card at 18. The last 4-6 times I’ve ordered my food (which has literally been the same freaking thing every time) there has been something wrong with it, and I keep giving them a chance. Whether they completely forgot the protein in my order, to leaving an ingredient I don’t like, or straight up making me pay again when they send me HALF of my order (which I stated very clearly over the phone and not sure why I’m paying for a mistake I sure as hell didn’t make). Seems like the new staff made some changes and losing customers is the result. Went in there recently and I don't know if she's a manager or not but she was rude to her own staff making a young girl cry in front of customers. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. That's not how you handle someone who made a simple mistake. You teach them, you don't berate them in front of people. The food quality even has gone down. We have ordered the same subs for years and now they barely put any meat on it. We also waited 45 minutes for 2 subs (Italian and a roast beef) that unfortunately was not great at all.
