I ordered a large cheeseburger pizza no bacon with pickles today and for the fourth time in the last 6 months they did not give me extra Hamburg. Today I decided not to let it go and ask them to honor my order. At first they told my partner they would give her the first pizza free and make a new one but then the manager said no and explained to my partner that they would cook more Hamburg and TOSS IT ON TOP OF THE ALREADY COOKED PIZZA!?!? I mean have some common sense here. I walked in and ask that they make the pizza fresh as it is not the same if tossed on top. They obliged but this is what I was left with when I got home. This never happens to my pizza when I order and I make all but one turn when I leave to go home. I also wait longer than the expected time to make sure things like this do not happen on the ride home. When I walked in the box was ready and had been sitting awhile as expected. Was just here. Not for pizza, cuz I know their pizza is soo good, but tell me why their is like 10 teens just sitting there whatever standing there chatting it up and two girls taking orders. Like wow I’m so disappointed like just what did we eat and why? Like I was specific with our Order and asked for a steak and cheese for my husband with everything included and then I asked for a tuna wrap lettuce mayo tomato and pickles didn’t get mine but then when I saw my order I asked one of the teen girls for pickles I asked and she looked at her ticket and I’m like I did order them. Then my husband like Always didn’t want a make a fuss.. so we left He took two bites and looked at me like this has no flavor and nothing was added just bland steak bland cheese and like it was gross. Def the worst steak and cheese ever I tried and it and for real no salt or pepper in the steak like nothing! No flavor or anything. Guess I wnt go back there 😩 oh my tuna...

while the food is delicious, I can not recommend this place if you don't order something EXACTLY as it comes on the menu, and even then, it's a gamble.

after countless times of messing my order up, I finally decide to stop going. it gets really old returning your food multiple times, sometimes more than once in the same trip.

after not going for about a month or 2, I decide to give them another shot. again, the food is delicious. first day went smoothly, second day there's yet another problem with my order.

I have 30 minutes for lunch, I don't have time to sit around and keep returning my food and having them remake it almost every time I order from here.

I'll stick with some of the other food options in the area, even if they aren't as good, since I have no luck...
