I love Dominos but my most recent experience at this store left me very disappointed.
I ordered a pizza on Sunday night using the Dominos app. I drove to the store to pick up my order when I got the notification my order was ready.
When I arrived at the store, there were two middle eastern men in front of me; they were trying their best to order a pizza with gestures and broken English. The only cashier there seemed challenged and quite annoyed. I turned around and noticed a young white couple come in and get in line behind me. I nodded and patiently waited for my turn.
When I got to the front of the line, I was very patient and polite when the cashier had trouble looking up my order. I expected to pay my balance, get my pizza and leave. Instead, the cashier has me pay my balance and move aside.
But wait... where's my pizza?
She brushes me off and gestures the couple behind me to step forward. She composes herself and asks them calmly if they mind if she goes to the back to get my pizza.
Wait... What?!?! Why is she asking the people behind me for permission to grab my pizza when I'm already at the front of the line? Is she for real?
We all just stood there, dumbfounded, staring at the cashier in disbelief while she actually waited for a response.
Grudgingly, she finally goes to the back to retrieve my pizza.

Read moreThe star I left is only because it was required to leave this review. I paid for a pizza and my husband was late picking it up. When he got there "there was no order with my name there and they didn't know what happened to my order". End of story, right?? WRONG. The guy I spoke with immediately met me with a condescending tone and could care less that my order was missing. And what are the odds this rude creature happens to be the manager.... ugh! He couldn't even confirm his own store address that I read off from my confirmation email! I had to give him the closest intersection to confirm I ordered at the right location! He finally placed me on hold to check through their orders, and magically mine was found and they decided to re-make the order after all. That so called manager though has no people skills, and had all the nerve to have a funky a$$ attitude even though HIS food and money weren't missing! The audacity is outrageous in here and I will never ever ever order from this store again and just order from Fredericksburg/Wurzbach as I've been doing for years now. Whoever is reading this.... save yourself some heartache and spend your money elsewhere....

He managed to stay calm and collected when I customer was yelling in his face and wouldn’t let him speak, when she was done speaking he had a calm tone and told her how he can fix her problem and she seemed to agree. She sat down and he proceeded to help me and he didn’t seem annoyed at all. Great service! And the CSR’s are very understanding and won’t hesitate to help you out. Also had a very kind driver at my last delivery, he forgot my soda and quickly offered to go grab it, when he got back he also brought plates, napkins, and a dessert, thank you Roger! I have had fantastic service and even when the delivery time was an 1 hour and 30 minutes my pizza was still hot and the toppings were evenly spread. My wife and I were very impressed with how smoothly things run, and how fast they’ll drop what they’re doing to help you. Being on hold for 5 minutes is worth fixing the problem.
