KFC — Restaurant in Blackman Charter Township

This place has become such a disgusting restaurant.. I'm more than one occasion I've come in here and got burnt chicken or dry chicken not worth eating. Let me tell you about today 9/20/24 I ordered original recipe four-piece combo.. I got extra crispy for peace combo... And I had touched and squeezed the chicken it looked like original chicken.. So I took it back to the counter The young man did exchange my order.. EXCEPT HE PUT THOSE FOUR PIECES OF EXTRA CRISPY I'M JUST GOING TO SAY NASTY CHICKEN.. (THAT I TOUCHED) BACK IN THE WARMER.. WHEN I QUESTIONED IT.. AND I ASKED HIM ARE YOU FOOD SAFE SERVE CERTIFIED HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID WHAT IS THAT!!! WHEN I CALLED 800 NUMBER TO COMPLAIN.. I went to the Jackson mi. Location and waited for 20 minutes at speaker… I witnessed other car just leave and I assumed it was broken so I pulled forward. The not friendly person working the window refused to take my order because I didn’t follow the rules of the drive thru. I then asked to speak to a manager and she informed me that she was the manager and her name was Jorden. Jorden then offered to clock out so we could settle this ( whatever this is) in the parking lot. Then proceeded to tell me to F-off as I drove away. Placed an order for pickup (btw the items I ordered are “online only”, you can’t order them in person at the restaurant, I have tried) and upon arrival when my order is “completed” I get told they are out of nuggets and they can’t give me my food. Was told to cancel the order online, when I ask how, get told “well, I don’t know”. No apology or even asking for a substitute menu choice (which I would fully oblige). So now I’m out $10 with no food. The rest of my order that I paid for wasn’t even an option apparently.
