I tried their egg gouda sandwich and banana bread along with coffee. The sandwich and coffee has consistently been hot, thus, both met expectations. I have been to this location three times (all were drive thru visits) and the service is consistently slow. It's pleasant for the freshly cooked/ hot effect, however, a fourth trip is not likely anytime soon. Service is extremely slow and the lady behind the counter (Vanessa), moves like a sloth and is not friendly at all. Don’t work in the service industry if you’re going to cop an attitude. She was the only one working and the line was a mile long. I waited for 25 minutes only to find out their espresso machine is out! This is the Starbucks to go in Jackson, they have the very best people, great service, and super fast at making your drinks, and very good drinks!!!!
