Ordered 2 chicken cheese enchiladas off the dollar menu & a drink. #1= the blonde haired female working the register was very unfriendly. I even asked her if there was a problem, she said no. #2= my wife refused to order anything at the last minute after I already ordered. She said the place was filthy. #3= I get my food, bite into it and the chicken is COLD! I take the meal up to the register on the tray & I'm asked what's wrong. I tell the skinny little young man it's cold & his reply was," I sorry but you can't leave the tray here, you have to put it in the garbage yourself. We're not allowed to touch it!" I just walked out! No need to talk to dumb & dumber! Nobody offered to make this right! Just, you gotta throw it away yourself!
#4= As my wife and I were getting into our truck, a different young man came out the door and asked me if I would like him to remake my meal for me. I thanked him for the offer. Twice. This particular young man knew how to talk to an older customer who just had an issue! Very polite, well spoken, and seemed to genuinely feel sorry for me and wanted to make it the right way. I only wish I would have asked for this young man's name so I could give him a proper thank you for treating me like a real person instead of just trying to get me to throw away a COLD meal. #5=Finally, to the manager of this store. You know which employees are good & which are not. The same unfriendly person that took my order is the same person who made the COLD enchiladas! I would strongly suggest to the manager that you replace this blonde person taking orders & making food. #6= I will not recommend to anyone at our campground to eat at your location but I will tell everyone at the campground how you make your cold chicken enchiladas and how unfriendly you are while taking our order. To the young man who came outside and offered to remake my order......thank you sir for the offer and for trying to make the...
Read moreYeah so I went here to pick up a DoorDash for a customer and I ordered some food for myself as well off of the mobile app and the lady at the drive-thru said that they didn't carry with the customer was asking for. So I called the customer and they asked if they could replace it with something else. She said no they have to go through the app so I pulled over. I called doordash directly door dash said that they would call the customer. Doordash got back on the phone and told me to go ahead and deliver the part of the order that they do have and that the customer was reordering something else through the app and that they were going to take care of it with him and that me or another driver would end up getting the other part of part of the order and getting paid for the delivery. So I explain that to the lady and the lady accused me of trying to steal cinebites she was nasty with me. I kept telling her I'm just trying to do my job then she accused me of being rude when she was the one being rude and then I have on video of her slamming her window shut and saying and I'll make you cancel your order too with a very proud and inappropriate tone in her voice like she had some sort of authority over Taco Bell and DoorDash and she was super proud to be nasty. So I hope I don't ever have to run into her again and I hope she decides to change her career in life because she should not be working in customer service...
Read moreJanuary 2022 update: nothing positive has changed about this location. In fact it's gotten even worse since my original review from a year ago below. Now you practically need to call ahead and find out if they can even make your order because some piece of equipment isn't working.
I'm going to go to the one on Ganson or on Airport Road from now on, since this one can't get it together. Hopefully I'll have better luck, because I really don't want to go all the way out to Chelsea for Taco Bell. Just tell them you have $20 and to surprise you. You're not going to get what you really want to order anyway.
I understand and respect that covid19 is making life difficult for everyone, especially in the restaurant business. Stress levels are high and supplies are limited. It is reasonable to not have high expectations right now, for nothing is promised.
However, this location seems to treat it as a free pass to pretty much give the customer what they feel like making instead of what they order. Can't even get the sauces you request let alone your food. I'm not a Niles Frasier who has complicated and explicit customizations, like a "whisper" of guacamole. If anything I'd happily accept an unexpected "shout". The most I ever swap out is a soft taco instead of crunchy, and maybe chicken instead of beef if it's...
