SNACK STOP — Restaurant in Leonia

I really love what the owner, Woobin, has done for the space that was prior to now, an unsuccessful Korean bakery. He really brought it to life with his creative abilities that spill into interior design and not just his signature dishes he's perfected in the kitchen.

Lately though, with the expansion of the business and increasing traffic of customers, I've noticed he's recruited the assistance of additional members of his team to help manage the restaurant. The owner and his business partner, A, will always be like family to me. I've been here for them since the beginning and it's really beautiful to see how they've evolved and cultivated a cult level status of love from all the locals in this area, not exclusive to only Leonia.

I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1-2pm. It was initially packed when I walked in, but slowly emptied out so my brother, gf and I were able to grab seats.

We ordered: BLT Ham, Egg & Cheese Chicken Sandwich 3 Cappuccinos

All three classics were delicious, but I must say the BLT was noteworthy! They used toasted rye bread which was very high quality. The bagel for the ham, egg and cheese was of good quality. The chicken sandwich was pretty meaty without being overly crispy. Personally, I prefer a little more crisp, but I think in terms of a healthy crispy sandwich, it was perfect. The cappuccinos were really good and I’m excited to try out their latte next time I visit.

In terms of price and quality, this has easily become one of my go to spots! Will definitely be a regular here.

Amazingly delicious food only matched by their unbelievably kind staff and service! Andy and everyone who works there take such care to ensure you have a wonderful dining experience. All the food tastes so delicious, it all seems so fresh and hand picked.
