I doordash and let me just say this place is an absolute joke. Do not waste your time ordering here if you even want your order within a timely manner. I received an order for the same person (two separate orders). Let's just start with the beginning experience the woman in the front with the tattoos (wolf on arm) absolutely rude and unapproachable to the core and clearly forgot how to smile was rude as soon as I came through the door. Then I waited over 20 minutes in my car and decided to go check to see if it was ready. Tattoo woman again hands me one order and I simply explain there are 2 for the customer. She snatched the order from my hands and puts it back on the shelf. She proceeds to just turn and continue to do something else with no explanation. At that point I was done. I was able to cancel the order with doordash with no issues considering how long I had been waiting. I guess this restaurant doesn't realize that I'm working too and not getting paid unless I'm doing orders. Therefore sorry to Chris H if you're seeing this I would have done the oder if the staff gave a flying hoot. I will no longer accept any orders to this restaurant and I've let doordash know you guys shouldn't be allowed to use their service. Do better.

Read moreIf I could have given a 0 star I would have. I have been in customer service and the restaurant business my whole life. My husband and I went in and I was on a knee scooter because of an ankle surgery, it was on a Friday afternoon between lunch and dinner and there were people at three tables that were all employees and two people that were speaking in a different language that I assumed might be the owners. Not one person made eye contact or said hello to us, we sat for a few minutes not knowing if we had to order at the counter or if it was table service and nobody said anything so my husband went up to the counter to order and stood up there for more then 5 minutes with employees all around and not once did anybody ask to take our order or say ANYTHING to us. So as we were putting our coats on to leave a girl came to the counter and looked over at us but still said nothing. So we were in there for a total of about 20 minutes and about 6 customers came in and picked up food and nobody acknowledged us the whole time, and that is a long time. I bragged to him about this place because I had their pizza at somebody's house so we drove there from an hour away and this is what happened. This was SO rude and SO very bad for business. I sure hope that the owners read this and make some changes because customer service means everything in this business and I know that the two of us will never step foot in that...
Read moreJust driving by on a Wednesday early afternoon, spotted it driving by- a few cars parked out in front gave all the outside signs of a decent Italian restaurant.. so we decided to give it a go… Walked in not knowing what to expect.. there was a lite menu posted on the wall .. but no signage indicating whether one orders at register or??.. but then I noticed a pile of menus nearby so we grabbed 2 and sat down.. .. thinking a waitress would come by- we pondered our choices - which looked plenty- though for gluten free options- only a small pizza and some salads were available. After deciding our choices- I had to ask a wandering waitress if we had to order at counter - yes was her only reply. We placed our orders, and paid with credit card- and they leave a spot for you to leave a tip - my question is for what ?? - the only service is that they bring the food to your table- is that worth even a 10% tip? I won’t go into what we ordered but it was Very Good… so that made up for the lack of service- what the owner doesn’t realize is that this system is not conducive to ordering either more food or a dessert. It’s a shame because everyone loses- the waitstaff have no incentive to push more product and thus they make little for tips, the owner loses potential larger sales- and the first time customers like ourselves just wants to get out because it’s not a pleasant...
